Drive thru cashier, Fred, said he was a ‘manager’ but had the worse customer service of any place ever and he was struggling to take the orders of 3 cars in drive thru (late at night with zero other customers) and screwed it up royally and then was a$$ about it!

Went in for breakfast at 9:15am.... all of the tables were dirty. There were still fries laying around on a table & chairs... obviously from the day before since they weren't serving fries yet for the day.

This location is supposed to be 24/7 but if you show up after 10 pm they will give you some line about the computer is down. Only one time did I actually get my order taken - I was charged 33 dollars for a double cheeseburger and fries. When I told them it was the wrong order I was charged for I got my money back - they threw it at me.

Food, salty but still fresh. Service, salty. Atmosphere, salty. Also, they'll be salty if you ask for sauce. McDonald's grossed $25 billion dollars in 2023 alone, yet they will charge you 0.31¢ for one little pack of sauce. Keep this in mind the next time you go here.

I have seen a decline in McDonald's recently; charging extra for sauces, only getting 17/20 nuggets in a box (probably just an employee issue), and prices increasing. Not the most insane things to happen but while McDonald's was never that good, it was cheap, fast, and has some decent menu items. Now I might as well go to any other fast food establishment.

This McDonald's is horrible! I've given multiple chances and they failed everytime. The fries are under cooked and cold. The service is under rated. I would give a zero if I could. This time I ordered a 10 piece with a small fry and a large sweet tea. The lady at the window told me to pull up, which I didn't mind... asked for my sweet tea and she argued with me and asked if I had a receipt. I did not get one. She then asked what I ordered. I told her. She gave me my bag and tea. When I opened the bag I had a small fry and a large fry. So you give me extra fries, but give me a hard time about my tea????? Everytime I go there, the tree is a problem. Customer service sucks.

Absolutely horrible establishment!!! It's a problem every time, to the point I'm determined to make this review! DONT GO INSIDE AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND EXPECT YOUR WAITING TIME TO BE TRIPPLED!! Caught a manager lieing about the ice cream machine being broke, another employee made me a cone making the manager look incompetent as hell! And I'm talking about the heavy set lady with short hair that may or may not be confused about their gender but that ain't business... anyways...GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE??! HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS IS SOMETHING ELSE, I HAVE THE PATIENCE TO WAIT 10/15 IF YOU ARE SIMPLY NICE TO ME BUT NO ITS ALWAYS A ATTITUDE, SOME OF YALL DONT DESERVE A JOB AT ALL!

I hope the attentive woman who took my order initially when the computer had major technical errors is commended for her attention to the customer’s experience.(March 14th 5-6pm)Not the manager or other people, specifically the one who began my order. You deserve better than to have to deal with the anxiety and stress of faulty technology.Maybe the scam company that repairs their ice cream machines repairs their computers for the registers as well lolEdit: also to the manager. I could hear you from the registers when you were at the fries lol my hearing is not even that great from blasting music in my head. Pretty lame what you said.
