We went in must not of had any help. The salad bar need to be cleaned and new stuff put out. It wasn't the best salad bar in town that's for sure. If you going to do a salad bar do a better job.

Great experience!! Our server Tara was super sweet and attentive! My boyfriend had the ribs with Mac and cheese. The ribs came smothered with the classic bbq sauce he reported they were tender and tasty the Mac was everything you want in a Mac and cheese, creamy and cheesy!! I ordered the salad bar which was full of variety and the potato salad they had is one of the best I’ve had in a while! The manager miss Mandy came and checked in on our table and was very personable! Can’t wait to come back soon!!

Darlene was wonderful, as was the manager! I ordered the 16 oz t-bone, which was 12 oz at best. I ate one bite and had a problem! It was the toughest steak I have eaten in 57 years of eating steak! I have literally never sent a steak back! They handled it very well, and I had the scallops instead. They were edible. After 12 1/2 hours on the road, my waitress immediately made me feel better about my day after her first greeting, and smile! She made a bad meal enjoyable!

It took almost 10 minutes for the waiter came and take our drink order,our steaks were very tough, it took our waiter forever (seemed like it) to come back to see if we needed anything. Overall a bad lunch. It will be a while before we come back. I almost forgot, the salad bar looked like crap,several empty containers, very messy.

Ruby Tuesday salad bar underrated and, apparently, underutilized. At $9.99 (with code from their website) it's got to be one of the cheapest, healthiest meals in town. I'm spreading the word as an unofficial spokesperson. (There are other meals on the $9.99 menu, daily food and drink specials, and BOGO deals in the Ruby App.)

We had not been to Ruby Tuesday's in several years. We had appointments all day and was in the area, I saw the advertisement on social media so we thought we would try it. Never ever would we go there again. A very thin grisly and fat little piece of steak that was tough,ending up being 3 small bites, a small baked potato that was overcooked so all that was edible was the very middle which was about the size of a chicken egg. It was almost unbelievable they would show an advertisement and serve what they did. I actually took a picture but it doesn't give me the option of posting it.
