I have to say I was completely surprised at how amazing this place is. Initially, when our friends asked us to go I thought "oh another brewery... Ok" but this is anything but just another brewery.
The food is outstanding! Every single dish we got (which is easy to do because of their shareable plates) was delicious! I especially loved the Brussel Sprouts, the Apple & Ham pizza and the Horchata Tres Leches.
I don't drink alcohol but their N/A selection was great!
The atmosphere is great. It's a huge space but it still somehow feels cozy. It was cold and rainy when we went but I'd love to go again when we could appreciate the outside area as well because the grounds are stunning.
Our service was beyond phenomenal. We had a party of 6 and didn't have to wait for a table at all. Our waitress was super attentive.
This was really a fun spot and I can't wait to go back.
I come out at leats once a year for work. I always what is seasonal and available only in the taproom. For food, the artisan pizza, always tell waitress/waiter I do not want to know what's on it. Went there last night the pizza was street corn style pizza- delish.
Beautiful campus during the day or night
Food was absolutely delicious- I got the taproom burger the way it comes with fries and my daughter got the Mac n cheese off the kids menu that came with fruit!
We shared the fries - best fries in my opinion
Her Mac n cheese came out and I had to try a bite. Scrumptious!!!
My burger was tall even with just the one patty and sooo good!
Service was amazing as well! Our second visit we ordered the fries again and they were out in 30 seconds!
Highly recommend
Holy cow, this place is beautiful. Ample parking to include a bus/RV lot. Incredible outdoor seating area with bar service. Sat by the gas powered fire and enjoyed some hard kombucha. Who knew Sierra Nevada made their own! Limited food menu for outdoor seating but enough to get something into your belly. Lots of beer options, duh. We went on a Monday afternoon in December and had the place to ourselves. Service was spot on and very relaxing. Off the beaten path but worth the visit.
Huge brewery with a lot of different taped Beer. Atmosphäre is good. Huge variaty of small sides. The shrimps were awesome.
Staff is always very attentive and friendly. Food, atmosphere and beer are always great.
This facility is incredible. It looks like a ski chalet not a brewery. Tour was excellent. Tap room was excellent especially the beers that are exclusive to this location.
I go almost every time I’m in Asheville. Great brewery with great food! Outdoor spaces amazing as well.
World-class facility set in beautiful area. Live music in room larger than some concert halls I’ve been to. Back yard is mind blowing. Restaurant is good. Have a beer or two for every palate
Recommend going

Always good. I thought it might be damaged from the storm more than it was. Some damage to the trees when you first pull in but when you got to the facility it was beautiful. The food and beer were great. The staff was awesome. We had a great time. They changed the menu a but the changes were good. The fish was delicious. Going for the lamb next time. If you're in the area it's a must stop.
My husband Ken and I went to enjoy the fantastic food and entertainment. We don’t drink alcohol by choice, but we did see non-alcoholic beverages available for those who want to enjoy the experience without being impaired.
This brewery/ restaurant is a must stop if you’re in this area of North Carolina. They have a small but really interesting menu. Some “bites” and then some “shareables” . The entire meal from start to finish was INCREDIBLE! The service is top notch and the ambience of the entire place is chic and clean.
We can’t say enough about how good the food was. Most of the ingredients are locally sourced and many are apparently grown on 6 acres owned by the brewery. We had the pizza with homegrown potatoes, aioli, ham and some other delish items. The pretzel with beer cheese was to die for.
Please save some room dessert. There were only 2 on this menu ( we think it changes seasonally) so we got both. Flan and a pecan pie. Both were out of this world- decadent without being overly sweet.
Do not miss Sierra Nevada! Next time we go we plan to do the brewery tour on site!
Very informative exciting experience! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the background of the company and very friendly. Busy day, so we parked in overflow, and a bus drove us to the building. Self guided and guided tours are available. Enjoyed the tasting at the end. Can't wait until my next visit!
Like Willy Wonka's, but for beer.
