I have been coming to this Subway for a long time!! Ordered a sub $16 and charged for cheese $1.50. Staff was rude and overly priced sandwich!! Never coming here again!! Such a same!!

I feel like the guy working was drunk, name is Hector I think? Couldn’t remember what I said, repeated things multiple times, rang me up for an onion teriyaki sandwich when I got a BMT, that I didn’t notice til I left. He couldn’t even cut a foot long of bread in half to make a 6”, the lady there had to show him how. I asked what size cup to grab for my combo and he just waved at all of them and smiled, like he didn’t know either. She wasn’t pleasant either, but I get it as she kept having to help him. Weird interaction.

Had all new people in the store and did not even have a manger we got food and drinks and we got home and my wife took a sip of the sweet tea and it tasted like there was Chemicals in it I took a sip and it did indeed taste like there was cleaner in it . We called the store and asked for a manger and the lady said there was not one until tomorrow and that the tea is fine but there is 100% cross contamination going on and the foot long cookie was burnt and tasted like what was in the tea . Very disappointing that they did not see that as a big deal and they think it is ok to let people possibly drink chemical contaminated tea and eat chemical contaminated food . So very disappointing.

I’d leave 0 stars if possible. The woman who was working there is extremely rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. She did not even greet us when we entered. It was clean in there- but that’s where the good ends. Simple niceties are not impossible anywhere but here! Take your business elsewhere.

I tried calling to talk to the manager, but the number is disconnected. So now I’m going to leave a review. Do not go here! Please! Everything about this place is horrible. Last Saturday, March 1st my husband and daughters came into the store to get a sub. They were the only ones in the store beside the two workers. The lady that was working that afternoon was extremely rude to my family. My husband told her the toilet paper was out in the bathroom. She started cussing in front of my family. My youngest daughter is eight and was horrified by the language. She told them never to come back. We’re gladly never to come back to that place again! If you overreact to hearing the toilet paper is out. I work in the food, industry and understand when people are understaffed or stressed out. But there were the only ones in the store. We have never been treated so poorly by a staff member. My youngest daughter was very scared by the lady working. She needs to be trained in customer service if not fired. Also, the food she made was completely wrong. Again, do not go there! That place is trash.
Again, this is my fav subway. Super clean, sandwiches are perfect. They workers are nice. I always leave a tip. Ty

Great location. Lousy service. The young lady was a very poor representative for Subway brand. She was more interested in flirting with the male customer behind me in the line than with serving me. She blamed her distraction on the noise in the background. Pretty much, your one job is to take a customer's order...and treat that customer with respect as you fill that order (the same for each customer) following the Subway brand policies. This ain't your Memaw's shop! Grow up!

I was greeted by an employee asked how I was doing, I replied I’m good. And the lady with red hair said yeah for a meatball. She has always been so rude every time I go in there. But this is the closest subway to me. I struggle with my weight and I try super hard to not let comments bother me . I’m a mom of four so yeah I have some weight on me. I’m not huge. But it just sucks hearing that come from someone and the fact that she smirked about her comment shows how awful of a person she is.

Great wrap and only 630 calories. I like that the sweet onion chicken teriyaki (spelling) Thank you, kindly. They’re bringing back Pepsi products! Not a lot of places have Pepsi anymore, so it’s nice to hear it’s coming back! Thank you! Both employees were very kind, however both seemed very tired.
