Backporch Baking Co provides the vegan pastries and overall they are truly amazing. I wish there were a bit more options via the cafe for vegans, including more savory pastries, a soup and a good sandwich. They can "veganify" almost any drink and the PB&C smoothie is great for a bit of sweetness. Would love to see a few more smoothie options as well, especially ones minus the sugary ingredients. We stopped in for coffee and thought the staff was absolutely precious. The barista at the counter was super sweet and you could tell she loved her job, loved coffee, and was excited to help you pick something out.
They have milk alternatives available and practically any drink can be made vegan.
