Our server Zack phenomenal guy. So friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the restaurant. We are here from PA, I grew up a few hours north of here. Zack made bringing my wife here a wonderful experience. The food was excellent.We both had many questions about what to do in the area and what to eat. He not only gave us excellent information about this place but he also showed great support for other local places. We will hopefully get to visit again.

Cozy dinner experience at the historic Fontana Dam Village! Our server Genesis was attentive, the parchment packet of trout and vegetables was creative and tasty, and the steak was prepared just right. This would be a nice venue for a family or staff gathering. The Christmas decorations were timeless.

This was the first time that I have been there.The hosts and the service was great! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was spectacular! Seasonal music was great and the decorations were beautiful! I enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and my aunt! They loved it too!! I would do this again! Thank you all for your hard work at Hazels!

So the experience here was absolutely incredible Zach our waiter was beyond incredible his vibrant personality. His professionalism is etiquette everything about him. He is a very valuable asset to the organization. Here he makes you feel very much at home so I hope he continues. I hope he grows. I hope he represents this organization here at Fontana Village and it succeeds and establishing himself either in higher management or in life. Thank you very much. Our experience here was excellent.

The beauty of the resort. Quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly. Our cabin was perfect. The Wifi is perfect.The options to enjoy the Marina and lake. We will be back ❤️

The service was impressive. So much presentation, and with calm and professional demeanor.
The food is very flavorful. Every course, meal, and dessert packed with excitement. See my pictures. You have to try it for yourself. Highly recommend.

Check comments for pictures: First off, good luck getting them to pick up the phone or reply to an email. Their voicemail boxes are full too so you can't leave one when you inevitably don't get an answer. I booked a Magnolia Cabin with the expectation of having one king, one queen, and two twin beds. I booked this cabin specifically because of the bed arrangement. Well, they put us in Cabin 621 which has two queens and one king. We made the arrangement work since we were only there for two nights and got in very late our first night. We had one guest sleep on the couch. I told the office at checkout that I think their booking system may be messed up because I DIDN'T GET WHAT I BOOKED! The young girl with brown hair working 07/13 at 10:45 am rudely checked some paper and said that 621 IS a Magnolia Cabin and that the bed sizes were correct.....but they're not. So I didn't get compensated for my inconvenience or even have them fix make a note to fix their system (which is really what my goal was). The guy working that morning was nice. But since I got sass at the desk, I'll go ahead and share that the AC system in our cabin is disgusting (see picture), the fridge was rusted, and the king bed had a faint smell of dog pee. There was also a hair in one of the queen beds that didn't belong to us. The front desk also can't tell what sites have been rented throughout the property. We asked if we could use the fire pit at the Stone Hedge area of the resort and they said "it may be booked." Okay, cool, can you check to see if it's booked? Nope. Their system doesn't allow it. Those workers were nice, but it's crazy that the front desk can't tell what's been rented out and what hasn't.
