GROSS!!! This place is disgusting and also understaffed. I waited 20 minutes for someone to even come out from the back to take my order. Should have not even waited that long

Always waiting longer than need be. One person working and she act like I don't exist. Waiting 15 minutes just to order fries when the place is empty.
Got food poisoning from here!! Chan dra the manger for Charley’s does not follow food safety and leaves cheese and meat products in her hot car for hours before bringing them in to her facility because they “got busy” please don’t eat here!!! Save yourself!!! This place needs to be shut DOWN. ****THEY ALSO REMOVED MY REVIEW****

Stood infront of the register for 7-10 minutes without any greeting/acknowledgement/service. I was the only person in line and there were two customers waiting for their food. I have worked fast food before and I know the difference between things being hectic and people being deliberately rude. One of the customers waiting for his food even commented that he was suprised they still didn't take my order. Walked away and grabbed food from somewhere else

LOST DOG
The absolute rudest service of any business of Ft Bragg, on 2 separate occasions. This will be my last time eating here.

I couldn’t read the young woman who was working at 1700 today but EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude! I didn’t even get a chance to order before she yelled it’ll be awhile and walked away.
This is a 5 / 1. 5 for the worker who was there at today 4 Aug 24 @ 3:30. 1 for poor leadership. This gentlemen is hard working. Emptying out trash cans and throwing them out. Then he washed his hands and arms and provided great customer service to all despite he was all alone. Doing it all. It piss me off that he did not have anyone to help him. If I was a business owner I would hire him on the spot. Where and who is the leadership to hold accountable. He served us all with tact and class despite doing it all, he never complained.

Scherry was by herself today and absolutely crushed the lunch service. She was fast, polite, and our sandwiches were delicious. This woman needs a raise.

The manager of this place is a vile human being. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with this person but never reviewed or commented on it because I figure she’s probably over worked and under paid. I understand that. I’ve worked in the food industry. However today this lady tells me they’re only accepting cash and I did not have cash so I walked away. Then as I’m looking to see what else I can get to eat I see a gentleman ordering and paying with his card. I really wanted a sub. I love Charley’s but I can’t stand that woman. She’s a liar. She says things are out or service is down just to not serve you. One time an employee took my order 2 minutes before closing and she got so mad! I don’t have enough time to get into how many bad stories I have of this person. I’ve never wanted to comment on her cause I would hate for one to lose their job. Especially in todays economy. But something has to change. I was craving a sub from Charley’s and had to leave because this manager didn’t want to help me. I’m contacting corporate over this. This is the final straw. I’m not gonna stop until this changes. Enough is enough. If I could give zero stars I would.
The staff was so slow today. It seems like they were new but I'm not sure. The usual cashier was not here so that was the first problem. The cashier was acting like she don't know how to use the register. I was in line for 30 minutes before she got my order.
