They only had one employee working when I got there so I couldn't even make my order... Make it make sense...

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Charley’s and truthfully, they need customers service training. They give you attitude as if you did something wrong to them. Two separate males there got issues with customers I feel like they shouldn’t be the face of the fast food restaurant. You need someone who is happy to be there & happy to work! You got other people who could fill in your spot and will do a better job for sure.

⚠️ I ordered a chicken cheese steak and there was metal wire in the sandwich. I am glad I found it before swallowing because I would most likely be in the hospital. Never eating at Charley's again.

I’ve gone to this location twice, they messed up my sandwich both times. They fixed the first one but this time I drove all the way home before checking my food.

The Philly Cheesesteak Sub was very good. Hot and fresh. The fries were ordinary. Nothing to write home about. But the sandwich was good.
