This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Charley’s and truthfully, they need customers service training. They give you attitude as if you did something wrong to them. Two separate males there got issues with customers I feel like they shouldn’t be the face of the fast food restaurant. You need someone who is happy to be there & happy to work! You got other people who could fill in your spot and will do a better job for sure.

⚠️ I ordered a chicken cheese steak and there was metal wire in the sandwich. I am glad I found it before swallowing because I would most likely be in the hospital. Never eating at Charley's again.
The rep helped me out way before opening time. The food was also very delicious

I’ve gone to this location twice, they messed up my sandwich both times. They fixed the first one but this time I drove all the way home before checking my food.

Great services food was very good.
Thanks for serving our troops. I was a soldier once and some civilian services were lacking. But the ladies here at around 1800 22 Oct 19 was very friendly. Thanks for the great service.
The Philly Cheesesteak Sub was very good. Hot and fresh. The fries were ordinary. Nothing to write home about. But the sandwich was good.
I rarely to eat Philly cheese steak sandwich.
Person at the register gave me sass. I know it's a busy location, but that's no reason to give sass. Will upgrade this review if I have another positive experience after this.
