I was in there on June 19 around 3:30 and I had the worst experience. There was a younger girl working and handling everything why the older girl was on her phone. Not only was she on her phone but she had the worst attitude toward the young girl with the black hair who was handling everything. The young girl had on a name tag but I didn't catch her name due to her having to help other customers. It seems like a toxic work environment. Im giving a 1 star but the younger girl who helped me deserved 5 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
I went in a few minutes ago for a my birthday treat and I didn’t know you had to pay and the lady I saw covered me and I was so grateful. I went in at about 12:15 on May 10th and I believe her name was Dee but she was such a sweet heart
Came here to satisfy my pregnancy craving and the employees were very kind and went above and beyond for me. They were out of the dipped waffle bowl and took the time to make me one. Thank you so much!
The best ice cream I've ever eaten in NC 👍🏼👍🏼
Not a bad location, but I’m about to call this my last visit. Several times now I arrive at 9:30-9:45pm, everything is put away, the door is locked and the kid behind the counter just waves customers away. Would be nice if the sign says “open” and it’s not 10p.m. (Closing hour) that you’d actually be open for business.
The current stars this location has is from past years I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday they make you prepay for the cake. Spent $37 for that cake only to find that they spelled my daughter's name wrong, the cake was plain had blue lettering instead of the design and color I asked for. The team wasn't willing to help me the manager wasn't there talked to her via text was told they would refund me $5 since I didn't bring the cake back told them my daughter was home already and I wasn't coming all the way back to fort liberty the service at this location has changed do not order cakes from this location the handwriting on my daughter cake looks like a kindergartner wrote it people have to be made accountable for good customer service if I could give "0" stars I would

We came in at 945 for our son's birthday, because our dinner ran later than expected, and we were approached at the counter and told they had already cleaned the counter where they prepare the specialty ice creams so we would only be able to get basic scoops and toppings or smoothies only. This ruined the birthday dessert my son was looking for all day. I understand cleaning up before closing, but if a customer comes in before the door is locked, you are supposed to take care of them and their order. I have worked in food and other businesses that service the public, yes it's frustrating because you want to go home, but it's your job and the hours were stated you are open til 1000. Not to mention, we were going to get our order to go. The cold stone in Fayetteville and hope mills have never been rude like this one.

Almost every time we have gone here our order is wrong. I usually never even say anything when it gets messed up, but this time we both asked for cones and instead my husband was given his in a waffle bowl and mine in a regular bowl. The girl who is always there, I assume manager, did offer to fix it but just came off rude by saying “he already has a cone” even though he repeated himself 3 times ordering saying a cone not a bowl (because this happens everytime). The ice cream itself is always good, just could use a little better customer service.
I came into Cold Stone Sunday night and my experience was so subpar. I’m assuming this was the night shift manager w/ a low cut hair style, that decided not to help the other staff as the line was to the door. As a manager of a nearby business myself, I feel this was a horrible example of leadership. I thanked the young man who helped me even though he looked to be so stressed and as if he were even new.

I moved here 1.5 years ago. I love coldstone and always get an Everybody’s size for my family. I want to say they charged between $12-15. It was the best coldstone I have been to price wise and friendliness of the staff! Always good portions. However, I was really disappointed today getting an Everybody’s size and paid $24. The price has gone up $10 in a year and a half? Not to mention I have looked at other cold stones around, Fayetteville, southern pines, apex, and they all charge between $20-$22. I’m sad to see the one supplying the base has become the most expensive around.

The gentleman who served us was very polite and patient. The ice cream was delicious, and the add ons were fresh.
