My husband is tired of ordering for pick up, and arriving to them, “not having his order.”

Either their communication sucks, or they’re just not making our order. Either way, they’re lacking. This has happened like 3 times, and gets old honestly. We’re just trying to relax, chill, and eat a pizza.

I don’t feel like that should be hard at all.

If you’re gonna order online good luck, placer an order once at 6:50 pm never received the order but yet they marked it as complete and delivered on my tracker, by the time I canceled the order it had been 3 hours and when I called the workers picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Just save the $40 you’ll spend on getting a micro portion of food to be delivered and go somewhere else like little Caesars at least you know what you’re getting for $9

The store is usually very busy but staff is prompt where they can be. The GM really knows her stuff and I appreciate her hard work.

If I could give a NO star rating I would. I ordered my food at 18:10 and it’s now currently 20:29 still have not got my order. I had to call south post exchange for them to tell me they were waiting on ingredients. On the tracking it shows that they left at 17:05 come to find out they never even left the food court! Mind you I live 10 mins away.

Ordered 2 hours ago. When I called I instantly got out on hold for about 10 minutes. Then I clearly got hung up on. When I called back I asked why and she said she didn’t. When I told her she did she avoided it by saying “sorry we’re backlogged”. She needs to go. Food is consistently late and mediocre at best. Why do I keep doing this to myself?
Update: got here at 2.5 hours after I ordered (food on quality check for 1.5 hours) and was told to come inside and wait because my food wasn’t done yet. Like WHAT?!?!

the online ordering completely screwed up store location. i didnt click on this store location. so sometime during the ordering process, it relocated to this store location. anyways, i drive all the way onto a military installation, to the address per their store website. it took me to a random intersection in the road. so i called them trying to get a better understanding of where their location is, extremely frustrated. anyways, i finally get to the store and no one helped me. i knocked on the door and store window and the workers looked at me, with shock and amazement, startled, confused, and probably more than likely dazzled and inspired by my handsome appearance. i kind of have that effect on people. so i waited and waited, and waited. then I left because no one helped me. not paying for this stupid pizza and thanks for wasting my gas.

It’s dominos…food expectations are already known. My problem was with the attitudes of the Individuals working there. They seemed so miserable. I also watched as the manager walked out to the food court and the delivery guy was destroying a hidden pizza he hides on the top shelf under other boxes problem was he wasn’t wearing gloves and opening boxes to be delivered. Sir, my child hides better when trying to steal food you gotta try harder.

Said it was delivered when it wasn’t and when we called they blamed it on the app yet never had that problem before with it. If the driver hasn’t delivered the pizza they shouldn’t mark it as delivered. Very unprofessional and if it is the app why is it only that store?

Tried to order through Uber, this store apparently delivers itself. They canceled my order 3 times immediately. I had all the info filled out, I've had uber deliver to the exact info i have written out MANY times.

Shut off uber and let someone else pick it up if yall can't bother to do it yourself.
