Einstein Bros. Bagels

messed up my order and forgot about my coffee while waiting for 20 minutes and it wasn’t even rush hour, it was 9:40 when I came in. Had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my coffee made and have another employee remind the person who’s working on it

First time ever eating it and it was awesome recommend the brisket

I hadn't been to an Einstein Bagels in nearly 8 years. I'm new to Fayetteville, recently opened My Barber on Yadkin Rd. Soldiers pay $10 for my haircuts, yes, yes you heard me right. These bagels 🥯 and apple turn over are Amazingly good. I know you must have your bagel and starbucks fix. Save your self some money, so you can continue to enjoy that bagel of your choice, veggie cream cheese, coffee and make it a combo with an warm apple turn over. I know, I was there yesterday and again today. My Doctor won't be too happy but darn it these bagels and today's apple turn over was Amazingly tasty.

My Barber takes appointments swing by and discover what I am creating for your barbershop experience. My previous shop was near an Einstein's Bagels that upon new ownership sucked.

For the most part when I come in for door dash orders they're never in time. This order was 20 minutes late waiting on bagels in a bagel store

I visited this Bagel shop when I was in town. The person that took my order was very listless.
And Ibordered the Nova Lox they gave me a veggie bagel.
I was so disappointed,I had to leave work and go back, and I got a refund. The supervisor/owner I guess was there the whole time.

This is my second time coming to Einstein Bros and if I must say yes people do make mistakes, but it shouldn’t be every time someone comes. The first time I came I order a asiago bagel with turkey sausage, egg white, and avocado, I get to class to find I didn’t have my avocado ( which I paid for) and the sausage wasn’t turkey. Today (12.3.24) I came in I ordered the same thing the lady that took my order asked me what I liked I told her the Asiago bagel with turkey, egg white, avocado, and garden vegetable cream cheese. I get my bagel she didn’t ring me up for the right bagel for one, for two I only had turkey sausage and the egg white on it so I asked if they could put the rest of my toppings I paid for and they went looking one the screen like I was lying about what I paid for. So when I asked for a recipe the lady seemed kind of annoyed with me when I just wanted to see the mistakes she made. Check your food before you leave the store.

We ordered a chocolate chip bagel and a brisket sandwich, and we were given two completely different weird egg sandwiches. Now I'm just sad and Hangry because we didn't notice until we got home.😭

Just turned 11am, not even lunch rush yet and hardly any customers. They stated they stopped making some of their bagels already and the bagel case is near empty. I placed my order and the lady was sighing obviously annoyed. I used to work here for years and the job isn't that bad. I don't see pj who was the manager then, he held more of a standard than this. They don't have hot items in foil wraps for sandwiches, everything is in a deli wrap. No bagel boxes apparently neither. Nova lox not in a view box and no capers added. Cold case not stocked, no egg timers on, no coffee timer running &coffee bar not stocked. 1120 I left with my order and the drink was last to come out. Not once did I hear the back sink by the door have the lady wash her hands nor did I see anyone wash their hands. This includes one of them going in the food court for a few min then went back in the kitchen then she started handling food. This review is only by what I could see.

I have come here twice & both times they messed up my order. The first time I let it slide due to them being busy. This time though, it was not busy, one person in front & one person behind me. The I believe assistant manager was speaking with another customer. When she finished she took my order, while waiting I heard her tell another employee what my order was. When I got back to work to eat I realized they messed my order up again.

During my most recent visit to this establishment, I encountered behavior from the staff that was unprofessional and disrespectful. I observed a conversation between employees that involved speaking negatively about a coworker who was not present at the time, while customers were made to wait in line. Additionally, the food I was served was cold and appeared to have been mishandled. I recommend considering hiring new staff members at Einstein Bros to ensure a higher level of service and professionalism.

The meat they use is really low quality, it tastes like room temperature rubber and makes the entire sandwich

I don’t usually do this but I come to Einsteins often. The food is really good and today was actually the quickest I received my food. However the boy at the register had an unpleasant attitude. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but at least try to fake it. I know good help is hard to find but the girls that work there at least are kind and make you want to go back to this establishment.

Explain this..plain (toasted) bagel $1.79Reg cream cheese (shmear) $1.59Huh? Cream chz nearly as much as the damn bagel! Then they should pile it on there.. but they dont! Cream cheese inflation must be real?!
