It feels like the service is on the decline. With my last order the pizzas were both overcooked to the point where the crust was like a saltine cracker and the toppings and pizza were very dry. The pizzas were cold as well. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience at all.
I submitted a review/complaint on the website but have received any response in over a month.

Good food once I was finally served. Specifically heard the employees saying they saw me and arguing over which one would come help then disappearing for 10 minutes before a completely different person came to help. She was great, kind, and very helpful.

Ricardo is a wonderful staff member at this location. He is respectful and has an awesome upbeat attitude; which makes for outstanding customer service. I work for DoorDash and I am always happy to pick up from this store. I wanted to shout him out because he deserves to be recognized! Stay positive and keep slanging the good vibes and Pizza!!!

They intentionally incorrectly made my food bc I didn’t tip with carry out. They gave me a pizza without any sauce. And it was just dough with toppings not cooked. They’re was like this weird ranch like sauce. Had to toss it. Wasted 20 dollars.

If I could give zero I would. Horrible service. Horrible management. Not customer friendly, no care or concern about the speediness of service! Waited 30 mins for papa bites a $7 order, got a text stating it was ready only to go inside and wait another 30 min for a wrong item! Manager has terrible communication skills! Been in food service all my life and this is ridiculous! It's not brain surgery, it's food service, do it well and do it fast and you will have happy costumers! Too easy! At least pretend to care if you hate your job. I'll be contacting corporate.
