I only got a soda, but a business associate wants 5 drum sticks and they made them fresh for him…so good for them!

Worse chicken ever. Three piece dark. The thighs were so over cooked or old that they looked like wings and the Mac and cheese burned and old.

Purchased food at Popeyes in the mini-mall 30DEC2024. Their credit card machine was giving them trouble. They couldn't take cash. I tapped my new debit card for payment for the very first time at their request. Experienced fraudulent charges against my debit card shortly thereafter and had to cancel my card a few hours later. Suspect they were compromised. On top of that the large order of fries was small, no condiments in the bag. Bad experience.

Hours should be changed to closed after 5pm. You're only allowed to pick from the remaining items left sitting under the heat lamps if there is enough for the combos that remain on the menu. They were friendly, but friendly doesn't feed the hungry :(

Don't settle Kings and Queens. Spend your money on what you actually want to eat.

This spot is getting better, I did have to wait for my food longer than expected but overall the order came out correct the first time. I ordered in the app but it still came out longer than expected. There seemed to be too many people in the kitchen more talking than sending out orders. My biscuit was a hockey puck.

I mean if your up for waiting 40 minutes for your food and then get to the window to wait another 10, go for it.

If you haven't ordered with Darnell, you need to. Love his energy! He obviously has to promote them strawberry biscuits as part of his job, but it didn't disappoint at all especially when they just had opened and it just came out of the oven. Don't miss out on those, and if you like extra strawberry, ask for the jam because MMMM! Thanks Darnell for a great experience. ?

It’s not the first time that the food is disgusting. The first time I just threw it away and kept on going. This time, the blackened chicken was so hard that you could not chew it. It was returned. Received the original, and the chicken is rubbery, and taste is nasty. No wonder it has such a low rating. The people are nice and they can’t do anything about the lack of taste or the bad food never again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This particular Popeyes is always slow, they either mess-up my order or have to change it pretty much every time I order there. After this last time, we will not be ordering again. It's not worth the price.

Don't waste your money. Just bought a 12 piece chicken. Received 2 small Breast, 5 tiny legs and 5 tiny wings no thighs. Last time I shop Popeyes FOREVER. I should have purchased 2 Walmart baked chickens instead the worthless Popeyes Chicken. Plus I don't even eat fried Chicken.

I ordered their Spicy chicken sandwich combo with Cajun fries. Very tasty and BIG in size. Also had Berry Beignets...mmmm sooo good. Love it.
