The first time I went the soup had clearly not been heated properly and was inedible. The second time I went I got sick from the food. The prime rib sandwich was pretty mediocre, and I got about 2 of the 8 toppings I requested be put on there. On top of that, I was sick all night. I love Potbelly, but this branch definitely needs work. Won’t be back
