I’ve always loved qdoba but this Location made me sick to my stomach🤢 I doubt I’ll ever be eating qdoba or avocado again, found an avocado stem in my bowl and on top of that the food was just plain outright nasty and not to mention the employees

I don’t understand why civilians who choose to work on base and choose their jobs, that they could leave at any time remind you, are so rude to the military service members. I didn’t pick your job for you and I’m still polite to you even though You are rude.

You know I usually love this place and it fills me up every time I come in. I came in today and there’s a guy named Jon he was in a unbearable mood and when I asked for queso he scoffed cause he had to do his job and get more in the back and instead of getting me the new queso he scrapes the crusty hardened cheese off the side and fills my cup half way. Next time I come in and he’s at the counter I’m asking for another employee. Tell JON to come in with a better attitude.

Is anyone managing this location or are the employees just allowed to do whatever they want?
Instead of ensuring the food supplies ie. queso are replenished they scrape the bottom of the container and try to fill the order and get you out the door. Why am I paying full price for a large cup of queso that is 60-70 percent filled? Get some GD oversight at this location!

I LOVE Krystal, with a “K”. That has to be known. It’s with a “K” not “C”. She is so nice, she’s very energetic. She’s so sweet to all her customers, always greeting them as they come in. She’s was checking in on her workers making sure they were all good or needed anything. I will make the drive for this location just for Ms. Krystal because that’s how amazing she is.

Had prior issues before of a worker being extremely rude every time I see him.
Scrolling through previous reviews it seems as attitude has always been and continues to be a problem. I went today and asked for queso in a medium cup Shay put it in a small cup. Because of this I asked for her to add queso to the bowl. The young lady who started the order said she wanted the queso in a medium cup. Shay then breathed loudly and said this is way more complicated than it needed to be. My first thought was to respond but my coworkers were with me. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

Service was terrible, i kept repeating myself for vegetables and they completely ignored me. I also asked for guacamole and didn’t receive that as well. I went here 3 days ago and i was served more. Now for today, my bowl was served half way; truly disappointed. Not worth it.
