Tried to order a drink when no one was in line other than me. Three employees stood in front of me talking. Not one of them wanted to help while they laughed and talked to each other. Happened on 30 May 2025 at about 1415hrs. I don't recommend!

The Starbucks located near the Butner gate is the best! The staff consistently demonstrate friendliness and efficiency, even during busy times. This location is very spacious. My drink was made to standard, according to how I ordered so no complains. Barista was a bit chatty so I waited in line for a few mins while she engaged in her shenanigans with her handsome usual customer.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is super-easy to enter. It’s one story, everything is flat, and there are ramps to get on the sidewalk from the parking lot.
