Communist company! They don't support the Troops!!! They would rather hire an illegal immigrant!!! I don't understand why Fort Bragg has them on post. I was down range three times long tours and never seen any of their products in support of the messhall. We had dunkin' donuts down range, their coffee way better anyways!!!

(((EDIT REPLY TO RESPONSE: i jist came back and did the sawme order today and wow its even more awful than before ehich is crazy.. they put whip when it clearly says no whip but thats not wven the issue i would just ignore that.. my drink tastes SO BITTER so foul i sipped it on the way out and just tossed it in the trash outside, its almost like they made it this awful on purpose. because its hard to make a carmel frap taste this bitter and foul its crazy!!! )))), made my order totslly wrong took forger and the chik at register had her apron toes dragging all over the floor she was walking around the main lobby like that.. thats disgusting so when she or someone ties that its covered in floor germs.. no to mention in the back they touch the cups on the inside its just not cleanly. they got my order so wrong i wont be going back to this location ever lol it was EMPTY and they still were super slow and got it all wrong idk how

The drinks, food, and service are usually good. Some of the employees need to work on their attitudes though. I come here often to get work done, and I'm pretty patient because it can get busy. However, what's the point of catching an attitude because I ask about a mobile order that's been sitting for 10+ minutes? I can see if I were rude, but I asked about it nicely. On the other hand, most of the employees are really good. It's just a handful that needs to lose the attitude or just not be around customers (glasses).

Always running behind.. some workers take their sweet time like people don’t have to be places. And they don’t care how they throw my sandwiches in the bag, it’s always a sloppy mess with the bread halfway off by the time I get to it. Never had that problem at any other Starbucks.

I go multiple times a week and use the mobile app to order which is great. However, EVERYTIME I choose dine in and order on the app it seems like they forget about my order. I always have to walk up and ask about my order then they start making it. Whenever I use it for drive through it’s always already made.
