I ordered a coffee based drink and was given a white crème drink. So I had them remake the drink as there was no coffee. I was having my husband bring me the drinks as he was coming home. When he brought me a drink with once again no coffee I went in person and they said that there was coffee. I’m sorry but coffee is not white. I than asked for a refund so I could go to the other Starbucks on base to receive an actual coffee drink. Very frustrating!

They didn’t make the drink right. I went in there for a second time and they still made it incorrectly. This happens most of the time. It’s nice having A Starbucks on base, but they just don’t make it right. It’s exhausting we have a timeline to hit and we don’t have time to keep going back. Specifically the Mactha latte. There is measurements for a reason.

Stood in line for a while which was fine. But then stood at the register while a girl threw a fit about being under appreciated. The guy at the register didn’t know what to do but stare and her and listen to her rant as we stood there in confusion ready to order. We walked away to mobile order while she finished her fit. She then laughed and didn’t care that she caused a problem. We left out of fear she would mess with our drinks. Very unprofessional staff.

My husband went and got me coffee. He literally reads my order—it’s written down like how you’d say it. The girl at the window claimed he said a different size than he did (smaller) and refused to let him fix it or give him the option to pay more for the larger version. It was customized, so the ratios were all wrong. Pretty sure I know who it is, because she tried the same thing with me and upcharged me, and I had to talk to someone else about it. She was adding extra shots when I never got extra shots.

I visited the drive-thru during lunch and ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and an eggs and mozzarella sandwich. This location moved pretty fast during rush hour. The items were made perfect and not just tossed together sloppily. I would definitely come back if I’m looking for something quick during lunch again.

Happy New Year 2025 everyone. I'm opening My Barber on Yadkin Rd. I am getting my coffee fix from base starbucks to get to know area and troops. I believe in taking care if the troops, it's something my generation were known for. In my case, I am offering $10- $15 dollars haircuts to our troops. This way they can frequent starbucks more often for their coffee or frappe fix. I will be making My Barber, Your Barber of choice, quality, country music, Game of Pool & a Dart Game 🎯 in the near future. Bring your starbucks and relax play a game watch your sports or Sponge Bod Square Pants as you wait for your haircut.
Chase at Canopy location is my favorite batista thus far.
Ordered ham and cheese panini and waited10 mins before they told us they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund and the lady rolled her eyes and walked away.

Food (Turkey Pesto Panini and a turkey bacon sandwich) were edible at best. End of Panini was over done. Bacon Turkey looked pitiful. Drink, passion tea, no passion, lol. Over priced for sure. Certainly won't be on my preferred dining list. Wish I had taken pictures of the sandwiches. No decaf coffee available.
