Ordered ham and cheese panini and waited10 mins before they told us they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund and the lady rolled her eyes and walked away.

Easily the worst Starbucks on post. Drinks are always so inconsistent and the workers attitude’s are as bad as the drinks. Go to the butler location as they always get it right.

Food (Turkey Pesto Panini and a turkey bacon sandwich) were edible at best. End of Panini was over done. Bacon Turkey looked pitiful. Drink, passion tea, no passion, lol. Over priced for sure. Certainly won't be on my preferred dining list. Wish I had taken pictures of the sandwiches. No decaf coffee available.

I went there and ordered two drinks one for me one for my husband, I waited about 15 mins and saw they hadn’t even made our drinks yet and everyone who ordered after me were already getting their drinks paid for an extra shot of espresso in both drinks and didn’t get them. Also was completely forgot about until I spoke up and asked where the drinks were and they finally made them but made them completely wrong! Never coming to this one again! Find a better coffee place where the workers know what they’re doing!!

Today I really wanted a beverage from Starbucks. When I ordered and received it, it looked amazing, however it was the small size, oh no!!! I accidentally ordered a small but wanted the large. Jenny took my order and was very friendly and helpful when I described what I wanted. After I saw the drink and realized it wasn’t the size I thought it ordered, PJ asked if I would like him to make me the size I thought I had ordered. I said yes please and he made me another one. I was able to pay the other one forward.That really helped to brighten my day and the drink was amazingly yummy.???

Honestly ridiculous that it takes them 30 minutes to make a cappuccino… they have 4 people working and one of them was just standing there talking the whole time. I’m a patient person and would think 10-15 minutes is fine because they have a busy drive-thru but 30 minutes is horrendous.

These employees are terrible. I will go off base or to the other Starbucks on base before I come here. They will give u a watery drink that u can clearly see is water. Like be fr. Even the manager has an attitude and don’t have a sense of customer service. We pay money for our stuff so we should get what we ask for.

If an additive is asked, then use the additive not a replacementIf im being charged for cold foam use cold foam not whipped cream yes there is a notable difference ive worked at a starbucks before so no its not a clever tip or useful hack its a cheap
