Rude employee and overall poor attitude.

I ordered through DoorDash from this location. My dasher mentioned they didn’t have turkey so I suggested a change to roast beef or BLT. Once delivered the end result was a soggy sandwich with what I’m guessing is chicken (tastes nothing with the texture of foam, don’t know how anyone likes that). I understand you are out of things, but to give me a random sandwich was a bit rude. I did end up picking the “chicken” off and eating the veggies and soggy bread because we were out of food…. This wasn’t the first time this shop has messed up.

Ate there today and this rude older black woman working did nothing but complain and whine how it was her bday and made sure everyone in line knew it, complaining how she was supposed to be off already, several bread options were unavailable along with a lot of condiments and rudely told us she ain't have time when there was at least 4 workers, most workers I've ever seen working at a subway! She rudely yelled out into the lobby if there was anyone else gonna order a sub before she moved from that position! She was very disrespectful and rude to soilders! She needs to be fired so she can enjoy her bday that many soldiers work themselves! So unprofessional and it's time people like that get fired!

Ingredients were just thrown in the bowl, and while the first person showed concern, the second person just gave attitude. The cheese was one giant melted ball with no way of mixing it in. For the price you pay for two salad bowls (not even with drinks or sides, just the bowl) $20 can go a lot further and for better quality at the commissary.

If you can make a sandwich out of hate they do it here and the best part is they make you feel bad for ordering a sandwich

Slowest subway experience I’ve ever had. The employees name was Erica and she seemed to enjoying making customers wait, moving as slow as she could, took breaks in the middle of making sandwiches and one time when she went to the back I could hear her very rudely yelling at another employee

There service is not that great. Some of the workers may try but I feel like it's depending who is on shift and I should not feel like coming to get something to eat because of the attitude of service and cleanliness to with who is working on shift. I saw a male employee that had an earbud in his ear while making people's subs and I turned away to get something to eat else where. And my last time coming here a female worker did a multi customers subs and made ours together and I really did not like that at all, I prefer for who makes my food to have all attention on me like always when coming to subway in general. The sub was OK but I asked if the oven can cook two subs at a time the same as it does individual and she kinda act like what I asked was a problem as to "why I am asking and that is because it is a problem. " And while she was making my sub this female worker had someone put something in her pocket and she was kinda sneaky about it. The water I was given did not have wrap on it and I can complain about a lot. Overall my service is bad and I will not come back to this subway anymore.

Last time I went they were out of every single bread except for white bread, we're out of bell peppers, Caesar dressing,and decided now would be a perfect time to raise their prices. Guess I'm not coming back to this place. The people are very nice though, and I feel bad for their incompetent managers
