Tera has phenomenal customer service! So many companies think it’s not important but she actually took the time to talk about the different smoothies and taught me how to use the app. Way to go! We need more people like you!

Okay so I'm gonna preface this review with the fact that I usually don't have much of an issue with this tropical smoothie other than that they never seem to cut my wrap in half (which i think is supposed to be standard) but I ordered the 2 orders kale apple slaw for the first time (at this location) today, and i got charged for one of my sides having only a quarter of the amount of food it was supposed to have. It would almost be less insulting if they had just forgotten them entirely... but how are you gonna package this and say it is a premium side? Someone working really failed to fulfill standards in this case. It feels like someone working ate half of this then threw the rest in with my order. I wish I had checked my order while I was still in the store.

The smoothies were good, and the cashier checking me out was helpful and kind, but i went during a lunch rush and who i assume to be the manager was talking very loud and rude to the employees. It made the situation awkward as they looked like they were trying their best but she kept raising her voice at them and was being rude rather than helpful.

Rude staff but other then that Tropical Smoothie has good selection of smoothies and dishes to choose from including a a lot of healthier options compared to many other fast food chains

Smoothie was alright and I have had good food here in the past (2+ years ago). The location on maps is not correct though. It is located at the shoppete at the corner of Rock Merritt and Gruber, not at the bank where maps takes you.

I’ve been coming here for the past two years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The manager, Jasper, helped me a while back when I ordered online at the wrong location, and instead of making me go back or pay for another order, she just got it done for me.

Highly recommend them for a lite lunch or awesome smoothie!

The absolute worst location and the food taste just as disgusting idk who’s making your wraps but they need another class on how to properly make a wrap. There’s absolutely no reason why my wrap isn’t completely cut and when I pulled it apart the components are not a damn salad it’s no longer a wrap this so so disappointing yall need to do better honestly is disgusting how terrible this food is

Extremely annoying that I take my time to check the business hours before making a 15 min drive just to be told they’re closed. At 5:47 (13 mins before close) I’m told “we close at 6, but we use the last 15 mins to clean up.” Dumbest and laziest thing I’ve ever heard.

Ok where on earth is this place? Everytime I get a delivery I have to cancel because this place is. No where to be found. They never answer the phone. Very misleading.

I purchased an order this morning. It consisted of 2 smoothies, 2 flat breads and 1 quesadilla. I was drinking my smoothie and the closer I got to the bottom, I noticed that I was getting little chunks of plastic from my smoothie. It was not part of the cup or straw, it was clear. I tried to contact the store and could not get an answer. I just wanted to let them know so they could look into the ingredients to make sure there wasn’t anything in any of it and fix the issue so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Usually, this location has been decent or even excellent. Today? Horrible.I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, and only got an acknowledgement after asking the 'disinterested employees' if the store was open ? The 2 employees i could see both looked at me and went about their duties as is i was invisible... The one closest to the front shook her head and huffily took my order, obviously bothered i interrupted her for the reason she's employed .... ? CUSTOMERS.The indifferent employee went about her business, the 'bothered one' who finally took my order, and i saw her overfill a smoothie for another customer, that was oozing its green smoothie contents steadily down the side of the cup... no effort or concern to wipe it, or secure the lid that was noticeably not fully on tightly... to top it off, she 'weakly' called out the order like the character in Police Academy movie, which didn't get the customers attention.... he finally came out of curiosity to get his order.They seemed to obviously hate their job... ??I have it 2 ⭐️⭐️ instead of 1, bc the food and Smoothies WERE yummy. The customer service was atrocious. ?

Ordered online.....picked it up and opened it and it was just thrown in the box. The bottom was burnt and the end pieces didn't have any chicken in it. What a waste of money. No pride was taken when putting this food together.
