I think it would be beneficial for this location to make sure the ingredients are fresh/in date. I got a smoothie here today and something tasted off. I chalked it up to nothing until later I got brutally sick. Like food poisoning level sick. Please make sure everything is good so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The Lil white cashier chick got some attitude. Placed my order and canceled it just as fast! Dunking donuts didn't have no attitude going on atleast! Will not go back, will go to smoothieking for now on!!!! Thanks for wasting my lunch.

The staff at this location is super kind, and professional. They always handle the food with care, and it’s evident that everything is well sanitized. I’ve been to several tropical smoothie locations and this one is by far my favorite.

Ordered the oatmeal bowl and it wasn’t made right. Look like spoiled milk. They have no way of contacting support to get a refund or nothing. I emailed in still no response. Guess I will file a dispute with my bank

Service and food were excellent. Being from Los Angeles, where there is a lot of competition, the employees were friendly, courteous, and very professional. Good and smoothies were great.

The absolute worst tropical smoothie I've ever been too. Food prep is painfully slow. Staff is always confused and have excuses. Food presentation is always sloppy. Something is always missing from my order. They have no idea how to handle delivery or large amounts of people. The manager is no help, basically a face that can't fix anything. His answer to every was "You'll have to speak with the owner" I truly hate having to order from this location.

The Mango-something smoothie with yogurt was notably good, but it seems like they forgot the quesa in my dilla, and a fruit fly flew out of the box when I opened it in the car. Extra protein to compensate? I don’t know, I’m personally not going to come again, but you should try your luck!

Try Scheduling workers with experiences. It is painfully obvious how lost everyone is behind the counter. And They can barely call out peoples names for an order when ready.Waiting 45 min for a smoothie. 18Aug22
Delicious smoothies ! That Bahama mama makes me want to bust splits in the middle of the isle. The place is so darn good. Even the food is seasoned perfectly
