Hospitable, quaint, real simple place. Don't come in and cause a fuss, don't come in being all impatient. Come in and treat these lovely people well and they're gonna do the same. Highly recommend. Tell your peeps, but only the good ones.

The absolute best ribs in Johnston County. We moved to NC from Kentucky 3 years ago. We had fantastic BBQ in KY and I searched for 3 years to find ribs as good as JPs. Today we ate BBQ chicken, ribs, Mac and cheese. green beans, and potato wedges. Every single item was cooked to perfection.

JPs catered our church dinner at Hopewell Freewill Baptist last night. The food was delicious, everyone loved it especially the chicken and ribs. We will definitely be using JPs again for future events!
