They were all out on a smoke break when I pulled up, nothing wrong with that but it took them 10 min just to take my money at drive thru? I only ordered 2 jalapeño bites and a drink.. They didn't even come up to the window when they asked us to pull up.

one of the the managers, i think her name was Bri, was extremely nasty towards me and my family. I asked to see a manager and she comes out, already having attitude, asking what the matter was and when i told her that i hadn’t received a couple of items in my order, she proceeded to roll her eyes and started smirking like the whole conversation was funny. I ended up getting my whole order but her professionalism was seriously the worst. hire better managers !!!

Rude and nasty, food wasn’t fresh and the guy that took my order was extremely impolite. He would put my food, receipt, money etc on the counter instead of handing it to me. No napkins or utensils. I asked him twice if everything was in there and we were not only missing items some were incorrect.

Literally glue yourself to the floor and while there you'll have all the fries you can eat. The store is filthy. Seems to always be that way. Go elsewhere

So this is the ONLY fast food my hubby will eat & it has become my favorite. They are quick, food is delicious & the employees are always smiling. Also, they save me from cooking sometimes ❤️ If you’re passing through Franklin, North Carolina on your way to Highlands, Cherokee, Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge stop by Arby’s it has easy entrance & exit that won’t slow your trip time ?

A coupon special of $4.99 Reuben sandwiches lured us in. Wow!! They were really good and equal to what you get at many regular restaurants, even better!! We also bought the mozzarella sticks which were excellent and the Curly fries which were just the opposite and not very good at all. The Shamrock Andes Mint Shake was quite good and we would get it again. A friendly clerk added to the nice overall experience which we had at home since the lobby was closed.
