Placed an order on the app to pick up today. Went in to get it. It was perfect and ready when I picked up. The young lady at the register (I had to order something else) was a GEM, great customer service!!! A+++

The employees were very loud, chatting in the kitchen, carrying on, very disruptive. A tall young man, very thin, dirty blond hair, returned from a lunch break reeking of marijuana. He walked right past us at the soda fountain dispensary and the aroma nearly knocked us out. The tables were not clean, the condimentbarea was despicable. The employees did not stay busy at all, a lot of just talking the entire time we were dining. Very loud . 😢

We were there twice. First time two kids belonging to an employee were running and screaming with no supervision. There's no problem if they can't get a sitter, but they could behave. It was bad. THE OTHER THING IS THE MENS BATHROOM WAS FILTHY AND THE WOMENS BATHROOM HAD NO TOILET PAPER and not very clean and the worst is that they were not busy.

DoorDash driver drivers keep canceling the orders. I don’t live far from the restaurant either fix it or deal with having a bad review because I’m tired of going hungry when I have no food and decide to order something at 8 o’clock at night.

They were all out on a smoke break when I pulled up, nothing wrong with that but it took them 10 min just to take my money at drive thru? I only ordered 2 jalapeño bites and a drink.. They didn't even come up to the window when they asked us to pull up.
one of the the managers, i think her name was Bri, was extremely nasty towards me and my family. I asked to see a manager and she comes out, already having attitude, asking what the matter was and when i told her that i hadn’t received a couple of items in my order, she proceeded to roll her eyes and started smirking like the whole conversation was funny. I ended up getting my whole order but her professionalism was seriously the worst. hire better managers !!!

Rude and nasty, food wasn’t fresh and the guy that took my order was extremely impolite. He would put my food, receipt, money etc on the counter instead of handing it to me. No napkins or utensils. I asked him twice if everything was in there and we were not only missing items some were incorrect.
