This place is the best of what you could hope for with Franklin’s future. It balances the things that make Franklin so special with a hip new space. To ensure Franklin doesn’t become another Asheville, businesses like this have to survive. We’re praying for Bent Willow’s future success and wishing they’ll stick around longer!

I love stopping in to Bent Willow when I’m out and about in Franklin. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting, their cappuccinos are always delicious and beautifully presented, and I really enjoy the almond croissants! I love having a bakery in town that sells more French style pastries. Only wish they were open more days of the week!

Came here on our drive back home from Gatlinburg by chance, and we’re so happy we did! Their coffee is top tier, and their baked goods are beyond delicious. the staff was very friendly and patient with me as I ordered, there was just so much to look at. If you’re a historic home nerd like me, you’ll love the building’s architecture! Beautiful location. We want to return to North Carolina once they fully recover from Helene, and this will absolutely be a pitstop again! We will be dreaming of these danishes until then ✨

We had the best loaf of bread from Bent Willow Baking Co! I have never had a better loaf of bread. If they shipped bread I would buy it! You should stop here!

Bent Willow is my favorite place in Franklin, and that's saying a lot! Delicious coffee and baked goods in a beautiful, welcoming setting. I make it a point to go at least one morning every time I'm in town, and they never disappoint (except for the time I waited too long to get my favorite rosemary focaccia and they were out for the day. That's on me)

Whoever left a rating of 1, welp, all I can say is more for the rest of us! This place is awesome! We are gluten intolerant and they have great gluten free bread. And since they use local organic non gmo wheat flour to make their products, we can eat that too! The staff are always nice, the atmosphere is great and pastries and breads are beyond wonderful! If you are passing thru, like many do when visiting our gorgeous mountains, please stop by here, you won't be disappointed! Just remember to always lock your car doors! Our black bears around here are pretty smart and will open your door and help themselves to these yummy pastries! ?
