Possibly the worst Burger King I have ever been too. The owner is clearly doesn't have what it takes to keep up LTOs etc. Took limited time meals and tje ability to buy sauces off Door Dash now too. This place needs a reset they just keep getting worse and worse every year. Will not be returning until I hear they have cleaned house.(fire the lazy manager)

So I’m a fast food junky at times…been going to burger kings in a pinch for years. This one is consistently the best Burger King I’ve been to. Not sure how it happened here in Franklin but I’m impressed. I had the Bacon King minus ketchup and the lady had the Fiery chicken sandwich.

The staff does their job. Service is ok. Had to wait for food. I was eating in the restaurant. Prices are too high. Food is not worth the price.

I don't eat fast food often, but we decided to stop for something quick, while in Franklin, NC. The og chicken sandwich was really good and the lettuce was nice and crisp, not wilted, etc and a decent amount. The cashier was wonderful! She was patient and helpful. The employees were so friendly! I left, almost not caring of the good was bad. Receiving good friendly customer service isn't always easy to find. Well done to that location. Keep up the good work.

Vegetarian options: We go to BK to order their impossible whooper burger. It is plant based meat and honestly better than a beef patty. We also get their onion rings and fries combo. The onion rings are small and tasty.
Kid-friendliness: It's a BK. Nothing extra special for children.
