“I live out of town and had a delivery placed for a family member to celebrate their birthday. The family member’s address has been changed and the new address is not updated on Google maps at this time. The delivery driver Casey was sent to the wrong address and when he called me to ask for directions we got him to the right place! Casey was amazing! He was so kind and respectful on the phone and never seemed frustrated at having to drive all the way across town to get to the right place! He deserves a raise!
