We ate at this location in Franklin for the first time on 12/26 & 27. The food was excellent and reasonable price. Service was fast and friendly. We will be regular customers and highly recommend other locals to give them a try.

Man this place is amazing all around every cookout I've been to is you get what you pay for all out amazing but today just wasn't that I ordered 40$ worth of food and they forgot two orders of white cheddar cheese bites like man that's your one job and I love the white cheddar cheese bits

The young lady at the window tonight was so nice. Kindness goes a long way because you never know what your customers are going through. My food was fast & warm. Also, our interaction was at a minimum because I asked for hot sauce, but she says have a nice day and had a smile on the whole time! A smile goes a long way!

Can't tell you anything about food I'm a vegetarian so I don't eat there but I love their milkshakes. I think I had their french fries and onion rings once and they were good. Not much of anything else there for a vegetarian.
It's a drive-thru restaurant. No indoor seating so your atmosphere is what you bring in your own vehicle.

I don’t understand why multiple times I’ve been to cookout locations and there are multiple items missing from my order. I pay for a certain amount of things and expect certain sauces and find myself missing things I paid for when I’ve driven away. Convenient.
