If you could give a zero for food would be my score Fries old an burnt grandsons oreo shake not even close try chocolate My chocolate shake was a peanut butter and chocolate no where did we order that (i hate peanut butter in shakes cookies and such) my onion rings had charred black burnt pieces Hamburger was mediocre at best my grandson eat his chicken and cheese curds with out much compliment guess I will have to forgo cook out for awhile

Expect literally half of your order to be missing. I've given them several chances but every time I take my food home, there are at least two or three things missing that were on the receipt. Get it together.

Orders are messed up or even just flat out made wrong every single time. Disinterested owners are to blame. I'm not giving my money to people who literally prove they are incapable of running a basic franchise. Worst cookout I have been too hands down.

We ordered and paid for food for 4 people. We got everyone’s food except for my chicken strips and I’m not driving back to Franklin to get them. From now on, I will not leave the drive-thru until I’ve checked to confirm receipt of everything that I paid for since y’all can’t fill an order properly,
