I live out of town and had a delivery placed for a family member to celebrate their birthday. The family member’s address has been changed and the new address is not updated on Google maps at this time. The delivery driver Casey was sent to the wrong address and when he called me to ask for directions we got him to the right place! Casey was amazing! He was so kind and respectful on the phone and never seemed frustrated at having to drive all the way across town to get to the right place! He deserves a raise! I was on the phone with my family member when he delivered the order and he even said “Happy Birthday!” Thank you Casey for doing such a great job!

Called multiple times to inquire about a price for a large order (3 times).... Was hung up on each time. Called back and each time someone picked up the phone and hung up. VERY unprofessional! Especially considering that both Pizza Hut and Papa John's answered right away and were extremely helpful.

Horrible horrible service and doesn't even have The courtesy to answer their phone they just leave you hanging on and holding for over an hour and then by then it's too late to order. We are done , we'll go somewhere the business is appreciated like Papa John's or a local restaurant.

My friend order before closing on April 20th right before they was closing, The delivery driver got here fast and I believe last name was bill, was super nice and grateful. He deserves a raise!
We order from here all the time because there really aren't many options. I have kids and my husband works, pizza is often the fastest choice.. Always takes too long. Always over priced. Really awful customer service. Do not suggest... but I guess we don't have many options.
If it was my restaurant there is no way it would be run this way. Just yuck.
