This may very well be the worst dominos in the entire country. I have given them several opportunities and every time the pizza is not as ordered. Really , it’s a disgrace and if you mentioned something to the workers they give you filthy dirty looks I mean it’s like they don’t even wanna be. I contacted headquarters gave them all my personal information and every time no one ever gets back to me. All I have to say is three strikes and you are out. I’m done your food is disgusting

I live out of town and had a delivery placed for a family member to celebrate their birthday. The family member’s address has been changed and the new address is not updated on Google maps at this time. The delivery driver Casey was sent to the wrong address and when he called me to ask for directions we got him to the right place! Casey was amazing! He was so kind and respectful on the phone and never seemed frustrated at having to drive all the way across town to get to the right place! He deserves a raise! I was on the phone with my family member when he delivered the order and he even said “Happy Birthday!” Thank you Casey for doing such a great job!

Called multiple times to inquire about a price for a large order (3 times).... Was hung up on each time. Called back and each time someone picked up the phone and hung up. VERY unprofessional! Especially considering that both Pizza Hut and Papa John's answered right away and were extremely helpful.

I had a great delivery driver tonight. I think his name is Andrew because that is the name my text message gave me. He was very professional and so nice. Great customer service!!!! I want him to know that as well as Dominos.
Horrible horrible service and doesn't even have The courtesy to answer their phone they just leave you hanging on and holding for over an hour and then by then it's too late to order. We are done , we'll go somewhere the business is appreciated like Papa John's or a local restaurant.
