the problem is not the food it's catching the place open, went there after work at 715 website says closes at 8 but they were already closed and that's the second time that had happened . food is fantastic just wish I could get some

Food is absolutely delicious!! We’ve eaten here a few times and got the incredible catering service for our wedding day. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and everyone who worked the event was amazing. Thank you Alberto and Don Lalo restaurant for a delicious and memorable night. 10/10 recommend.

The food is always fantastic. Service is usually pretty rough. Carryout is always missing something even if it's just dips. But the food is fantastic.

Never know what food they will have the night you go . The last two times they have been out of the items I want . Don't bother trying to get anyone on the phone , it hit or miss .

The food was great, and while the atmosphere could be very different depending on how busy the attached arcade center is, it was a quiet evening for us. All the dishes we had were great, and sizable portions. The Dõna Arepa tea seems to be a tamarind tea made in house and was a perfect addition.
Don’t be put off by the amusement center location, the food is high quality.

The Female Server, from Miami, as she said she had transferred from, was a little unprofessional and pretentious. She ignored us, as we were respectfully waited for her at the Counter to acknowledge about our order to be placed. I was disappointed that in 6 months, the menu that was advertised online/reviews had changed completely, compared to a simplified menu that only had two of the items that I was able to eat. Either the Grilled Chicken with Black Beans and Rice Bowl, or the Havana Chicken Sandwich. I should have gotten the Bowl, because the meat or sauce that was on it made me very sick with food poisoning after 4 hrs or so after eating it. Not a good night, before bed at 11pm of being in the bathroom and not recovering, until Wednesday morning. A wasted vacation and time. My Family and I gone for the 1st time, on my Birthday. The place was awesome, in The Factory, which I had never been to, but the service, food sanitation, and menu was very disappointing. I am never going back to this place again. I should have gone to Cafe Rel, or get takeout for my Birthday.
