Worse Ever! I walked out a $6 coffee that I didn't even Order! Women was So Rude!! I know they might be busy but Costumer service would be appreciated and Not just say that's what you ordered when I Know I Didn't, just remaking would have been fine but she wouldn't even do that!!

I placed a mobile order and the girls closed 15 minutes early and wouldn't make my order. Sorry

Kumaran S

Messed up coupons and didn’t bother to even reprieve or help with the blunder. Just a series of apologies!

Extremely poorly managed. On 2 separate occasions the entire crew there seemed incompetent and unable to follow even the simplest instructions. First time they couldn't figure out how to make a coffee drink. Second they gave us one of our coffees and gave someone in the drive-thru our other coffee. Neither time were they overly busy. Very disappointing.

I got sour dough breakfast sandwiches to go. One was burnt around the edges, and the other one was barely toasted. The sour dough bread would have been much better if it had been buttered. Would have been a very good sandwiches if these things were fixed.

Doughnuts were not fresh, ordered a dozen glaze doughnuts holes, was given a mixed dozen ( after they originally forgot to put in bag). Ask about dunkin rewards and staff could not help, just stated he does not use it so he doesn't know about it.

This is the worst dd I have ever been to. Arrived at around 630 this morning and the Donuts we received seemed like they were left overs from yesterday. I got a chocolate frosted donut to go and when I opened the bag, it had that day old wetness to it with the frosting dripping off. I tasted it and after one bite put it back in the bag to throw away. On the plus side the place was clean. Won't go back.

This place is too slow I stood in line 10 minutes watching, 2 girls make all the drinks while noone even came to ask my order. A lady came in from drive through about a wrong order and after she got her refund from Sam I was finally able to place my order, then I waited another 10 minutes as I watched the same 2 girls struggle to keep up. And Sam made both my drinks. I love Dunkin and I love Franklin but im hoping management sees this because this store is very busy and these employees need help. They are trying to keep up. I see the anxiety in their faces teying to keep up and they are doing a phenomenal job being friendly and pleasant, but they need more people on the front line.

The Dunkin Donut Shoppe in Sylva NC, has closed up and has been torn down for the new Hwy 107 Project. Many businesses have been closed and torn down. I don't know if our Dunkin is going to be rebuilt in the future or not.

Staff keep apologizing for being slow. Then yelled at us for not pulling up far enough. Finally after waiting for almost ten minutes for our food they came out and asked us what we had ordered, because they had forgotten. -10/10 never again.

I had the worst experience of my life at the Dunkin' Donuts on US 441 in Franklin, North Carolina. After paying for my order, I noticed they forgot to give me half and half for my coffee. When I asked the first worker, they ignored me. After waiting five minutes, I asked another worker, who also ignored me. Finally, I approached the manager, who started yelling at me, saying they were busy. I calmly explained that I had paid for my coffee and simply needed the creamer, which would take just a few seconds. The first worker then told me to take my coffee elsewhere, stating they didn't want to serve me, all because I wear a scarf. This blatant act of racism is unacceptable. Businesses that do not respect diversity and basic customer service should not be supported. Avoid this place at all costs.
