I really wish they could just be consistent. I ordered hash browns one day and they were mushy & tasted terrible. The raspberry croissant didn’t come warmed up and tasted like undercooked dough.

But bagels are usually consistent for me, but not today. Today it was burnt and had barely any cream cheese & ultimately was inedible because I couldn’t chew it since it was so over cooked

Should have a zero star but here we are, service is probably the worse in the industry. If you dont go through the drive thru then good luck getting anything.

The employees need more guidance and a competent manager to stay on task and make orders faster. It’s the slowest DD I’ve ever been in. Please help this store do better.

I usually never put a bad review. But they messed my order up. I was not mad and very nice and respectful as I get mistakes happen. But to get mad at me and say something about me walking back to your manager was rude. I was disrespected because you messed up. The manager came out looked mad was very unprofessional and I was glared at from the lady that took my order. It was very uncomfortable.when I said thank you the manager never responded back.
