Let me start out by saying the waitress was great. She did absolutely nothing wrong. However when the food arrived the food was cold asked for boxes to just go ahead and take it home where I could heat it up. Go to pay the bill let the woman at the register know what had happened she got the manager. Manager was very nice. However let me tell you about the woman at the register. Very rude and nasty I used to take all the guys from my company in there atleast every couple weeks. I could have gotten over the cold food and been able to go back but because of the woman at the register and the way she acted I would never go back to this restaurant.

Consistently good bbq. Great service, nice place. I had lunch half rack and i was stuffed. Well, not quite as they have peach cobbler, but, you know. Lots of napkins and two wet wipes later, i was stuffed. Well done.

The atmosphere here is great and the staff is very friendly. The restrooms and dining area were clean. All good there. Unfortunately the overall experience was poor though. We were sat quickly and our server said hello and dished out waters for us but it took her over 25 minutes to come back for our food order. I have small kids so time is important. The server should not be faulted. She was running food and obviously very busy, so I was asking myself where was her support? Why couldn’t other people run her food or help refill her drinks. She was obviously over sat while there were TWO cashiers both playing on their phones. Finally we ordered. The only thing we enjoyed were the fried pickles and French fries. The pork is not pulled, it’s shredded. It was also extremely fatty. The green beans were full of stems. The chicken tenders were rock solid and the other sides were cold :( We are visiting and were very excited to try this restaurant after reading reviews but I’m honestly not sure who wrote them and what they are used to eating because my pork platter came to the table and the pork was floating in water. Honestly we wasted $70, but again… everyone was nice and everything was clean.
$15 for 2 of the puniest slices of brisket I've ever seen and some mediocre sides. Save your money and find a real BBQ restaurant. At least the staff were nice!

Do the employees have to be slow roasted too? It's the peak of summer and you can feel the heat radiating from the kitchen, the poor sweetheart serving us was on the verge of heat exhaustion. The fried mushrooms were good but they would taste better if they weren't seasoned with sweat and the guilt of contributing to hazardous working conditions
