I've always had excellent service here. Chicken and Dumplings are a newer item. Well I love them. Not these. To runny, peas hard. Odd taste. The server apologized. I'm sure it will be better next time. ?
07/06/2023 @ 7 pm - First timers to Fatz Cafe. We are passing through on our way to Gatlinburg from Florida. Our server, Ms. Doreen was great and very personable. You could tell she is passionate about her customers and wants only the best experience for them. She is a busy gal taking care of her customers, but she also makes and takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. The fresh warm pretzel like bread with cinnamon butter was really good and The fried mushrooms appetizer...
I was about to use the ketchup on our table when I realized it was very dirty around the ring of the bottle where it hadn't been wiped off. So I grabbed one from the table next to us. It was the same way. Please make sure you are wiping the bottles down at the end of the shift.
