Only does take out now. When you order online and it says 30min just know to add another hour or so to that time. He doesn’t have much staff. Food is outstanding. Place looks really run down. If you don’t plan on leaving a tip pay with exact cash. He looks over your shoulder and expects you to leave a tip which in turn makes you not want to leave one. Definitely an uncomfortable pressure situation.

Giving a middling review as I cannot judge the food as I never received it.We waited about an hour after calling in. The staff wasn't aware of us in the front but that was okay, I wish I could've given this a shot but waiting about an hour for our order was something I could not do.Don't miss your chance even with this review but just know it might take awhile for your food.

My boyfriend and I always use this place when we’re craving some good Chinese food for a good price!! Or when I don’t feel like cooking… we normally just order online and pick it up, super easy to navigate the website. The portions are the best for your money!! The only down side is it’s normally a 15-20 minute wait after already driving 20 minutes to get there mainly because there’s one person running the whole place, but so worth the wait!!

Let me tell you about the fortune house. Those that have eaten there and not eating there for a while and those that are new in town as well that have a lot of people to feed. As far as the quality of the food, things have always been good but I think they got a little bit better. But they have changed their portion sizes to their meals than what they did when I moved to this area four years ago. For like 8 bucks you get a house loan. That's what beef chicken and shrimp and veggies. But it is an entire square to go box totally full. And I'm talking at the ones that have three sections in the box bigger than a dinner plate is totally full to the top bulging out. They're general is the same way the crab rangoons. I think you get two more than used to egg rolls got cheaper on and on. So if you're looking for a place that is totally changed the amount of food you get and the quality is gone up. Had a great price because the prices have dropped are never have changed. I don't remember but for 20 bucks we ate off of meal for four days. Me and my spouse highly recommend this restaurant in Franklin. If you're looking for value, just watch out because you always get too much when you order and the cost goes up. But you really don't need to order that much and you'll get a ton of stuff. By the way, only take out they have discontinued the restaurant to sit in. Which is a good thing. Very friendly service from the man that owns it and has one other nice helper. You just can't beat that same people all the time

So rude and very creepy. I called to order and I told him what I wanted and then he said okay and hung up. I had to call back three times just to know how long it would take. He said 10 minutes and it took me 15 to get there. I got there and there was a single light on and no sound from anyone. I rang the bell 10 times. Had to wait 10 minutes before I went back to the kitchen where I was screamed at that he was coming. He handed me the food and was very disgruntled and mean. No quality of food and big portions is worth the bad service.
