Never actually got there. Every time I would go to Franklin the damn place was closed and closed on Sunday. They're closed everyday at 2:00 so unless you get up at 4:30 in the morning and you're out and about by 2:00 p.m. you can't go to Hardee's couldn't use my free sandwich for signing up cuz the damn place was always closed. I think Hardee's is circling the drain. The one in haysville closed down. The one in Murphy closed down. They are circling. The drain won't be around much longer with that type of customer service. It's like they're not even trying

We dined in at this Hardee's for breakfast at about 0930. The biscuits were perfect. Everything was hot and fresh. The dining room could benefit from remodeling, but the important elements, such as food, service, and cleanliness were good. We would dine here again if we're in the area again.

No air conditioning here In the past 2 months. What is wrong with these owners of this Hardee's. Only 2 employees here at work. Sign on the door says closing @ 3 pm due to heat. These owners have had chance after chance to get this Hardee's going. It's a shame. It could be a really great restaurant.

The Service was Great!!!! However the A/C has not worked in the building for years!!! It is 91 outside and about 110 inside. FIX THE A/C. For your customers and especially YOUR STAFF. DO BETTER

Chicken biscuit was too greasy and burnt. The tots were undercooked and flavorless. You could tell the coffee had been sitting awhile by the taste. This trip was disappointing because it is usually pretty decent.
Air conditioner was out and one fryer was broken apparently. Management needs to fix this immediately. Plus the atmosphere looks like it hasn't been changed since the 60s, and not in a good way. People working probably did drugs but were friendly enough. The doors were open because of the heat and it was about 80 in the dinning area, id probably lay on the griddle and not feel a different in heat.
The drive-thru speaker is already broken so you have to pull around to the front window to order anything so I did that around 9:20 pm. I saw the girl look at me I waited a few minutes and the next thing that I know the lights were cut off while in the drive through. I understand businesses have closing times & such , but the girl could have really said something instead of that rude ish 🙄 I didn't appreciate that
