The great management there was great very kind felicia went above and beyond to help me I want to say thank you and I will be back and tell others to come eat there. the food was super great and the temperature of the food was on point. Very friendly place to go eat. Over all thank you felicia for making my trip worth the drive.

Service was great and store was clean. Food was great and affordable. The manager suggested I download the app cause my daughter wanted chicken strips and they were on sale on the app today. Definitely impressed with the food and the service. Under new management from what I hear.

I am editing my review with A sad face. We live about 45 mins away so we took our food to go. My husband couldn't eat his fries because they were NOT cooked enough. I started to reheat my meal when I noticed, I did not take home my mushroom Swiss burger, instead I believe it was a cheeseburger? Not a happy camper as I made my first review prior to the unveiling of my order. People were nice enough, but they had us pull up front as they were waiting on something to complete our order. I'm guessing the fries. I only ordered the sandwich.

The heavy set woman with a brown messy bun was extremely rude.she messed up our order then snatched it out of my hands and threw it in trash just because I asked for the cheese (they forgot )and THEN had a 17 dollar door dash and she made us drive around the parking lot waiting for it stating no customers inside and there was NO sign on the door..she told us to cancel our order .VERY RUDE WILL BE CONTACTING MANAGEMENT

It was our first time visiting this particular restaurant, here in Franklin, NC. HEAVEN, the precious young lady that was working the front and taking orders, was amazing! Her super perky attitude and personality were so refreshing! I am so glad we chose to dine in this morning. We enjoyed hearing her sing little snippets of songs in the background as she did her job with a smile that lit up her whole face!I’d say that you’ve got a stellar employee in that young lady! The restaurant itself was nice and clean and the food was cooked just right! But the reason we would come back again is Ms HEAVEN!!
