Stopped by around noon, they were obviously understaffed but we had a great experience. The man working the counter and drive thru was friendly and genuinely cheerful. He was a one man show and making it happen. Food was fresh and good. My wife and I were both in restaurant management for years. Hardees has a valuable asset in this employee. Look forward to dining here again.

it was terrible stood in the restaurant with no one else was there. no employes or customers. the guy stood in the kitchen on his phone then went outside for a smoke break obviously seeing me. I will never ever come back im a local who's been eating here for a while. it has gone down everytime I've ever went but this was the worst I have ever seen it. do not recommend full of flies. counter was gross. tables were not kept and the severe obviously was bad. very very poor.

Hey, I don't have a Hardee's where I live and I've been dying to have some on my trip. I had a Big Ham and Cheese tonight and I'll be going for biscuits and gravy tomorrow morning. It was a pretty dang good sandwich

Never have been a fan of Hardee's but it was the hubby's turn to pick and he loves them.They messed up our order but quickly fixed it and they were so nice about everything.

Biscuit ham yummy goodness. tater rounds tastiness abounds. service at drive thru good, order was accurately completed and my dog was offered a treat! Car show in the parking lot was a bonus. nice cars, nice folks. A/C was busted I guess so 3 stahs for that.

AC has not been working in several days that I have visited this restaurant, huge potholes entering from the main highway in their driveway also
Went to Cherokee for a over night trip. Decided to eat lunch here as we were leaving heading back home. The dining room was hot and doors were standing open, no cars in parking lot, should have been a sign, but I like Hardee's so we stopped. The dining room looked like a bunch of kids had came through with dirty tables, bits of paper on floor. Garbage cans over flowing. I got cup to fill up my drink, no ice in either machine. Cashier was not happy to be at work. Restroom was clean. Was out of a lot of stuff so had to order what they had. No chicken of any kind. Was told this was how the morning shift left the store. Will avoid in the future.

Dietary restrictions: No unsweetened tea available.
Parking: Was empty so didn't count
Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed okay.

One day the biscuits are the best the next time they are hard as a rock, my wife and I always get the steak biscuit add tomato. This time the steak was cooked way too long dry and too tough to eat , biscuits were hard and uneatable . Times are tough and money is tight a person who goes through a drive up window can't waste money on food you can't eat and have to throw away especially when you're on a fixed income like I am .
