My wife and I eat there regularly. The service is great and the food is fantastic. It kinda got off to a rocky start when it first opened but with a new Head Chief and extra servers, who are very friendly and helpful, it has come along to be one of the better restaurants in Franklin.

Terrible experience for a valentines dinner. Waited a little longer on our food than what we should have considering it wasn’t busy. Was told it was because they were waiting on the baked potatoes. Which was not true because the potatoes were brown on the inside. They were old!! Next, I had ordered a sirloin and was brought a ribeye and tried to convince me it was a sirloin. I DO NOT like ribeyes. I hate the fat and grizzle. I have eaten enough steak to know the difference between a sirloin and a ribeye. Spoke to manger who also tried to tell me it was a sirloin. Then finally admitted it was a ribeye. Wasn’t offered anything other than do you want a new steak. No, no I don’t I had already waited 45 minutes for my meal after my order was placed. The restaurant had empty tables. So finally the waitress asked if we wanted any dessert. I said no and she was like it’s on us. So I said sure and ordered something. Well wouldn’t you know it was added to our bill. As well as the steak that I ate 3 bites from that costed $24-$27. We will never go back!! We have eaten at restaurants all over the US and this was the worst experience we have ever had!

Had lunch/dinner here today..first time visitors… so loved the experience! The restaurant bar feel was great… the staff, especially Julia..was great and the food was great. Definitely will be coming back, the menu was so diverse, it was hard to choose.

Today's Sunday brunch is not something I will recommend. We were there for almost 2 hours. The waiters were extremely overwhelmed and had no support from management. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the wait. It was truly a waste of money!

Just no! We tried to eat here tonight to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We needed a reason to celebrate, after her mom passed away the same day our house in Asheville was severely damaged by Helene.
Service was horrible! It took over thirty minutes for the wait staff to bring us water, longer for drinks. After an hour our waitress brought dry stale bread to the table. We eventually left with my wife in tears. The place was just absent, and it reeked of cigarette smoke! I guess while we were waiting for service, staff was having a smoke break downstairs.
Sad, we really hoped this place might make it, but they won’t.
