Jack the Dipper Ice Cream Franklin, NC

The fun factory is amazing but jack the dipper staff is always so rude. Every time. You can tell these kids do not want to work. They make you and your children feel as unwelcome as possible. It’s as if it pains them to take your order. Always in their phones. The bathroom is always disgusting. The ice cream is great. But man the service is beyond awful.

Very bad service and very rude people and the ice cream is terrible taste

Hair in Ice cream. Last week I was here with my family and we had gotte. 2 kids cups and 2 small cups. Ice cream was good, however the issue was hair. It started with my nephew, we thought he had gotten hair in his icecream from his aunt or sister, then when i was eating mine (where the other 2 were no where near) I had hair in my Ice cream too. Trying to be kind as the young girl working is in high school, I reached out to the business via facebook to inform them, not a single apology, just a 👍 so here we are. If you want some hair and extra fiber in your ice cream with ownership who doesnt care, go here. Health Dept will be contacted too.

Hairy Icecream.

Had gone in with the family, 2 kids cups, and 2 snall adult cups. Young girl working was nice. However when eating nephew noticed hair in his ice cream, we thought it was one of the girls in the family. Then Im eating mine and find hair in it as well and the 2 girls in the family didnt touch mine.

I reached out to the company via facebook and all I got was a 👍 in response to letting them know. Not even an apology that their product was contaminated. I wasnt going to harass the girl as shes looks to be in high school, just unprofessional of the business, plenty of better and cheaper places in town.

great icecream but the employees are always rude never have a smile or any emotion i come in a decent amount never been greeted or served with anything but a “what do you want”

They has really good icecream but it would be nice if they would rotate some different flavors through. I had a icecream that was called heavenly hazelnut that was so good but never brought it back. The best sellers like cookies and cream are always out when we come. That’s another good one.

Excellent choice of ice cream, friendly service, fresh waffle cones and a clean space to enjoy! My favorite was the cinnamon waffle cone!!! Yum!

Great ice cream.
However, management struggles to keep this place clean and teach the staff how to work. There should be nobody on their phone while the place is not clean, has no napkins, no clean spoons refilled, dirty tables, dirty floors, bathrooms, dirty door windows.
There should be a to do list before opening and closing, plus a reset plan after a rush hour.
Costumer service was friendly!

Service, service, service is so important. Somethings you should simply know by working in an ice cream shop. You cannot make a waffle cone and immediately put ice cream in it. Kids what will happen?- it melts. Secondly there is no reason to spin a milkshake for minutes. Why? Glad you asked- it will make milk minus the shake. Hopefully they see this and teach the staff better

The ice cream was delicious especially in a warmly made waffle cone!

Would Give a 0 star if could . Got a cheesecake milkshake with sprinkles and can't even call it that was pure liquid and Luke warm. Usually the ice cream is still a little solid but it was warm runny milk haha . Wouldn't recommend unless you want a milky warm drink .
