The ice cream is very delicious. The service was sub-par. The attendants were unfriendly, not helpful--barely adequate. If they don't get some good friendly, helpful people working there, they are going to lose business.

My son and I enjoyed stopping here to have ice cream. The service is great, the ice cream is creamy and good ( lots of kinds to choose from) and the homemade waffle cones smell amazing as soon as you walk through the door. Highly recommend if you're wanting good ice cream! Prices are reasonable.

I never give a negative review but after visiting Jack the Dipper at the Factory in Franklin I cannot give a positive review. This place is filthy including the bathroom. We were just grossed out!

This establishment has declined in quality since the change in ownership. The staff is inattentive, frequently runs out of popular ice cream flavors, and closes prior to the posted hours of operation. It is unfortunate, as this used to be a preferred establishment. It appears that Sylva will now receive our business. This is very disappointing.

Adjacent to " The Factory " total family fun in Franklin my favorite flavor is banana pudding but they have something for everyone I suggest the warm cinnamon waffle cone but vanilla and chocolate are also available they have a Waynesville branch also :)

Me, my sister & my 17 month old stopped by for an ice cream & Lilly went above & beyond for us. She was polite, caring & on top of being great at her job and having top notch customer service, she played peekaboo with my toddler and let him run around the empty dining room - gave us a wet rag for the mess he made and offered him some gummy bears when he started to get cranky. She was so kind! Can't recommend this place enough!

Little local frozen paradise. Easy recommendation

They make their cones fresh

We were there on 8/21/23. Excellent service and ice cream. They make every waffle cone fresh there and even make them into a waffle bowl, which is what we got. They offered vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon waffle cones. The Hershey's ice-cream was very good also.

I brought my family in a bit before closing yesterday and there was only ONE person working who looked to be no older than 16. How is that even ok? She seemed to be the only one in the whole factory building. What if someone had walked in and tried to rob or heaven forbid something worse? She was amazing at her job and seemed to be ok with the situation but I'm not ok woth it and the boss or management need to do better and have more than one person closing. It's not safe.
