I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kobe Express and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern decor and cozy lighting that set the mood for a delightful evening.
The service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made excellent recommendations.
The food was the highlight of the night. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and you could tell that a lot of thought and care went into each recipe. I particularly enjoyed the sushi, which was cooked and made to perfection and paired wonderfully with the glass of water.
Overall, Kobe Express exceeded my expectations in every way. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. Five stars all the way!

I went then they charged my card but tried to tell me they didn’t then showed proof and then they still denied me my food after I showed never eating here again they have rude people for check out and this use to be my favorite spot

I got home only to realize that I did not get one of my meals. This is the second time this has happened. The cashier who took my order around 750pm did not seem to speak English well at all. She should not be taking anyone's orders.

Great food, some of the best sushi I've had anywhere.
I order from this restaurant a couple of times a month, usually through Door Dash. Today, I ordered the Crab Sticks with a couple of other items. When my order was delivered, I was shocked that they gave me cold, imitation crab sticks. They did not have the batter on them, nor were they fried. When I called the restaurant, the man who I assume is the owner, argued with me. He told me at his restaurant they do not fry them. I told him he needs to change his website description if that is the case because it was very misleading and he hung up on me. I spend roughly $50 a month at this location, and to be treated like that over their mistake and arrogance, I will never spend my money here again. Door Dash refunded my money for that item.

Worse than I expected. Tempura was weird, fish tasted off. Only decent thing was the steak hibachi and even that had mushy, overly sweet carrots. Service was close to nonexistent. Had to remind waiter to bring our drinks when the food came out and wait at the front counter for the check. In the running for worst sushi I've had.
Alright, sushi was average-good, service was REALLY REALLY SLOW, but I am not going to blame the guys because the restaurant was packed and there was only one poor server taking care of everybody in the place. I tipped him well, because I felt sorry for him, not for the service itself. You need to hire more people, he was serving, answering the phone at the same time, running food and also barbacking. Come on! Hire staff!

Today I ordered online and paid for the food only to find on arrival that they had closed early according to the one guy that was there. So now I cannot depend on this place for dine-in or carry-out. In short, this place is out with us!
