If there was a place for zero stars that is where I am this morning with this McDonald’s on the Georgia Road in Franklin, North Carolina. The customer service was plum terrible they forgot a breakfast sandwich that was for my granddaughter when we got the breakfast sandwich after I drove back around the building when I went through the drive-through The lady at the drive-through you had a attitude at both windows not just one of the windows then they didn’t even know what I needed when I said I need my other sandwich that is a bacon and egg bagel. They get the sandwich for me. I will upload pictures. It was burnt one piece of bacon and a crumb of Bacon And that was after I took it to my granddaughter and she started to eat it and I said, let me see that so I had to go back then the lady gets an attitude again when I asked for a manager because apparently it was the manager in the drive-through that was so hateful to begin with Was only going to give me back money for the bagel after I drove back around the building and drove to my granddaughters house to give her her sandwich. I was not a happy camper thank goodness that was a lady that came up in a burgundy shirt and said give her all of her money back, but I’m still not leaving happy because I still don’t have a sandwich to feed my granddaughter

I ordered a McChicken with cheese in the drive thru and received a sandwich with no chicken. When I tried to call to ask about a coupon or refund I was met with no answer. Very disappointed

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a gallon of iced tea after the worker asked you to park at the very end of the drive-thru and wait “while we fill your container with fresh tea”, have at it! After driving back around to the drivethru window again and getting into a shouting match with the manager, I just left! Keep my money because this McDonald’s will never get another dime from me!
McDonald’s??! No— McTrash, came here, waited 30 minutes after ordering… no food, multiple times asked them where it was, but they don’t do anything and chill, and finally when I was served, stuff was overcooked and sinful to ingest.

I asked for hot food when placing my order. Then, at the window, I asked if the food was hot. The cashier said yes. The fish sandwiches were cold and old. People will tell you anything to get you out of their face. Just bad business, service, and poor quality food.
