I come here expecting to get one of the blue slushy’s when I got to the counter the cashier said the machine wasn’t on but she could make me the red one. It was not even filled up the the top of the cup. They also didn’t have my peppermint coffee they made me a McFlurry and the ice cream was all over the cup I would not recommend this McDonald

If you are looking for hot coffee this is not the place for you. I finally wrote a review after 6 trips with lukewarm or cold coffee. Will not be going back.

Rude customer service and false advertisement. Both mobile ordering and kiosks say sauce is free, and we have been provided said sauce before, but occasionally they change their mind and insist we have to pay an extra 50 cents PER sauce. If sauce is supposed to cost something, that’s fine, but misleading customers by advertising it as free, then becoming rude and argumentative when they ask about how to get more sauce is just poor customer service.

Traveling through and needed something quick, should have taken the time to read reviews. Hamburgers were slightly above room temp served on hard, dried out buns. French fries are normally served hot or at least warm, nope these were cold. The apple slices, with the kid meal, were the best, cold and crisp in a sealed package. At least the refrigeration works! Haven't been to a McDonalds in sometime and now I'm reminded of why I avoid them. Deserves ZERO STARS!!!!
Great reply, corporate wanting me to waste my time providing more detail on a poorly rated business. They can't send out their own resources, order food and discover how poor it is? My time is NOT free!
