This McDonald's in Four Oaks is the best one in our area. The bathrooms are clean. The sanitation grade was 100. They should be awarded for how clean and nice their staff are. This is the best McDonald's in all of Johnston County, in my opinion!

I heard the manager yelling and name calling a worker over the speaker because they missclicked something?? This was a few days ago... She literally cussed them out and everyone could hear

We waited an HOUR for our order while everyone after us got served. This isn't the 1st time something like this happened. Once they gave our order to someone else. We weren't even offered an apology or anything for either incident.

Usually I don't leave reviews but I just had to say I just went through and drive through, and I so wish I got the girls name who took my order. She was so nice and sweet. As a manager at another fast food place, when you hear/see good customer service, I always compliment them. She had shortish brown hair, and a really nice smile, no glasses or anything. she was mid height I guess. She deserves a raise 💯. Keep it up.
