The service was great. No complaints there. The restaurant needs some music playing, like all other Mexican restaurants. It was way too quiet and my husband and I felt like we needed to whisper to each other the entire time, to avoid the other customers there dinning from hearing us. We ordered Texas margaritas, which were a couple dollars more than what we are used to paying for, but the food was reasonably priced. The margaritas were made strong, but the mix tasted like some sort of cleaner. It was not horrible, but not good. Now I have a huge complaint on the oil that is being used to fry in. My husband’s chicken for the chori pollo most definitely had to be fried with oil from frying fish. His meal had an extremely strong taste and odor of fish and he had no seafood. Fryers should not be crossed with seafood, as the taste of fish will transfer. Not appealing. Please address that issue. The food was mediocre. But the restaurant was clean and again, the service was great!

Mi casa is a staple in my after church routine. My family and I go almost every Sunday and enjoy the great food and great service. The prices aren't bad, and neither are the wait times. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for a large crowd. I highly recommend Mi Casa to anyone who wants a good meal. There is also a lot of parking in the back if the front fills up.

Carnitas are great. Service is shift and courteous. The restaurant is clean but basic, with nice outdoor covered and screened in patio. Highway noise is distracting, an unfortunate byproduct of the location.

This is a tough review. The service is excellent, the place is very clean and the prices a very reasonable! Unfortunately everything else was mediocre. Atmosphere is more like a cafeteria, not horrible. The food is very average, definitely eatable but nothing that excited my taste buds. I had the house margarita and it tasted good, there was a slight noticeable alcohol flavor present which is a good thing but also didnt taste like the mix was house made. I could be wrong on that, I didnt ask. The only disappointed was the salsa with the tortilla chips was very liquidy, but it didnt affect the flavor. Overall there is nothing really bad to say about this restaurant but also nothing that stood out as amazing. Its probably perfect for people with a more mild palate.

I am being generous with two stars. The ONLY reason is the patio! I ordered pollo loco and my husband chory pollo, he had a sprite and I ordered what vaguely resembled a margarita. I don’t mind to pay for good food and drinks but am bothered when a price isn’t listed, bust I can figure I paid about 16 dollars for a small margarita. I was super hungry so I eat over half of my food, but my chicken was so salty it was hard to eat, my husband who always has a healthy appetite eat very little of his as the flavor of his was equal. The chips and salsa were just ok. We were not asked if we wanted corn or flour tortillas but were brought flour and when I asked for corn I was met with a LOT of attitude. We just paid and left, I left a 15% tip as I felt I was being scrutinized at checkout. I am usually a 30% or more. It was a first and a last for us. Should have listened to our friends who advised us to go elsewhere.
