Convenient location, especially if you live or work in downtown Franklin and are looking for a restaurant offering decent pizza and sandwich options.
This is the best pizza & service in town. The food is good & the price can't be beat! The pizza is consistently good, which is quite uncommon with other area pizza joints. They have my business for sure!
What has happened to this restaurant. We have ordered from Papa's for years always very good. The last pizza was terrible ordered extra cheese there was barely enough to cover the pizza more crust than anything. Thought maybe it was just a bad day but went back and got calzones and they were terrible also basically nothing in them they used to be so full of cheese and toppings that it would be all over the box where they were sliced. These were thinner than a pancake. Very disappointing.

I saw a comment on youtube that these guys delivered someone's grandparents a pizza during Helene, later calling the customer back to let them know their people are good. This is what we need in NC right now, so thank yall and God bless those who were working that night <3

My fiance and I heard that we could call here, order a pizza, and have it delivered, and then they would report back to us that our family member in the area was safe after Hurricane Helene came through. We couldn't call or reach our family via internet/cell service due to all of the outages and had been stressed for days.
The people were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to make contact with our family member and got back to us right away. It was such a relief to have a company looking out for their neighbors.

If I could I would give this place no stars.Lets start it took 40 minutes to get a cheese stake, meatball sandwich and a order of fries. The cheese stake oh God it was supposed to be a Philly uncooked peppers and oinoins,cooked to death meat,0 cheese in the steak, and cheese just slapped on the bun unmelted.Dude send ur cook to Jersey Mike's and learn how to make a cheese stake. The meatball sandwich was unseasoned, no sauce and sloppy cheese on the roll what a suprise.They even messed up the fries why were they spicy af?Everything was out of a freezer like they bought it at sams club.No bs they used stakeums 🤣. They charged us 25 dollars for frozen food!I'm definitely not trying their pizza it's most likely frozen crap.Come on Pappas get ur crap sorted out!
