I’ve only ordered to go at this location but I have to say as a person whose spent their whole adult life in food service this is consistently the place with the best customer service of maybe any restaurant I’ve been to and I’ve spent my whole life working in restaurants. I’ve been to places with Picassos on the wall and I’ve worked in some of the finest restaurants in the United States and these people are consistently amazing and that’s all from the drive through window. Hats off to the staff! I don’t know what Pizza Hut pays these people but it’s not enough. And I know this sounds like someone who’s buddies with someone who works there but I don’t know anyone who works there and I live an hour away but my experience has been consistently incredible!

It's been a long time since I was at a sit down Pizza Hut, I was really surprised with the cleanliness. The staff was very nice and very good at their job. Oh my goodness, the pizza and bread sticks were great.
To start, when we ordered the Big Dinner Box for our long trip, we ordered 1 sausage pizza and 1 hamburger pizza, boneless wings, & cheesy bread. We got the cheesy bread but they gave us traditional wings(which 2 of us don't eat) instead of boneless and we got 2 sausage pizzas instead of our 1 hamburger pizza. I forgot to have my husband check it before leaving. The restaurant itself looked pretty clean but when I went to the bathroom, the toilet had not been flushed. Lastly, the woman that took our order, I don't think she was completely listening to us because I repeated myself when ordering our food.
I love that we still have a Pizza Hut in town where you sit down with your family and enjoy a wonderful meal. They can be busy so I recommend leaving plenty of time to sit and eat.

We’ve been eating Pizza Hut pizza for 20+ years & it’s always been more pricey than others but the taste was worth the cost. This week we ordered a super supreme at the Franklin NC location & it was terrible! Almost no vegetables & the crust was overcooked. Very disappointed!

Pizza was more like cardboard without topping. Pizza hut used to be so good but now I had rather a frozen pizza
Vegetarian options: Terrible Pizza. Pizza hut failed big I couldn't eat it
I'm usually highly satisfied with the food, however today my Supreme pizza tasted like it was a couple days old instead of fresh made. Very disappointed.
