Tried to call to place an order for delivery and the lady who answered the call couldn’t understand that I wanted to add a topping to my pizza. She kept saying “no the deal is for only one topping” I asked her to just charge me for the extra topping and she could not comprehend that you can just add a topping. So I asked to be connected to the store and she states it’ll be same charge. I replied to connect me anyways and wouldn’t you know nobody answered the phone! I’ll never order from here again till they stop using third party answering services and go back to answering their phones and helping their customers! Not dealing with allllllll this!

We visited this Pizza Hut in Franklin, NC for dinner. I must begin by saying the atmosphere is nostalgic. If you are longing for a Pizza Hut like you remember from the 1980's, this place is for you. Although the environment is retro, it is not old and run down. The dining area was clean and inviting- fresh paint, new carpet, new checkerboard red and white tablecloths. Now, let's talk about food. The pizza was served piping hot. We like our crust extra crispy, and the chef did not disappoint. The toppings were plentiful as well. Our server was cordial and attentive. We visit this area frequently and will certainly be returning each time to enjoy a walk down memory lane and a great meal. The only thing missing is a juke box spinning a Bon Jovi tune! Don't fire the cook or the wait staff, Pizza Hut of Franklin, this teacher awards you an A+. See you Soon!

I came here one night after having my hand cut up, and the staff in particular Traci patched me up and gave me personal and professional service going far beyond their dutys. On top of that they delivered excellent quality food.
