Wow, what an amazing time at this PH… Candy our server was spot on and absolutely the best experience and pizza I have had at ANY PH restaurant! Keep up the great work.
BEST pizza I’ve literally EVER had, the crust was so great, soft but perfectly crunchy, pizza huts in Georgia aren’t nearly as good. And the server was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. Oh also the salad, strangely enough the best salad I’ve e also ever had

60 years old and this was the cheapest made pizza I have ever got from a Pizza Hut. Couldn't have sprinkled less cheese on there and two pepperonis on each slice. I don't think they like me because last time I was there I ordered two pizzas to go and wanted to eat a salad while I was there waiting. Manager said okay I'll bring the pizzas out to you. I didn't realize he was being sarcastic and sat there for an hour waiting finally went to the desk there it was these guys really suck in a major way. One major point is that the manager was the one making the pizzas that day. Imagine that 🤔
I just want to get what I ordered, and paid for. Order a pizza large, pepperoni and some other items, but extra cheese. It didn't even have enough cheese on it to cover the whole pizza. Extremely disappointed! This is not the first time it happened, but I will never ever go back! Spend all that money and didn't get what I ordered, yet they charge me for it. I remember not too long ago, six or seven years ago, never had to order extra cheese. The pizza look like the photos you see. Now just to get the normal amount of cheese, that I've been used to all these years, I have to get extra cheese, But today, I didn't even get the normal amount. Won't see me back there again!

Terrible customer service and unprofessional management
Placed a delivery order a while back, and part of it was missing when the driver dropped it off. The driver barely made it back to the car before I could get to the door. When I called the store, the manager was dismissive and claimed the driver was already back at the store and couldn’t return because of a “dinner rush.” Hard to believe someone could drive from East Franklin to Georgia Road in under five minutes — unless they were speeding and ignoring customer service.
After some back-and-forth, the manager reluctantly agreed to add a store credit for a future order, tied to my phone number. Fast forward to today: I try to redeem it, and now my number “isn’t in the system.” On top of that, I was told the credit expired — something the manager never mentioned.
Between missing food, attitude from management, and a nonexistent credit, this was a total disappointment. Save yourself the headache and go to Domino’s instead — at least they stand behind their orders.
Update: they sent a reply here to email them and have yet to see any replies since October 12th.. absolutely ridiculous
