there was a hair cooked in the meat of my cheeseburger, the waitress said she would make a new one and deduct the burger off our bill. we get to the front and the MANAGER was extremely RUDE and unprofessional as raising her voice and speaking to us very rude stating we will be charged because we ate the new burger. just very rude and unprofessional. everyone needs to be on the same page telling us we will not pay for the burger then the manager speaking to us like we are dogs. we will NOT be returning and will be sure to tell everyone about this experience.

It was an older property, but the buffet was quite enjoyable. It managed to open up even though most other businesses were closed and without power in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.
I had not been to Shoney's in many years! They have a breakfast bar but thought $20 so a bit much.

Terrible we were followed out by a hostess saying we did not pay our bill but indeed we did showed her my receipt and she still insisted we didn't finally the waitress that took our money told the hostess we did pay this hostess was rudd when we came in and she didn't give us a menu and she tried to get us to eat the buffet but we ordered instead down hill from there very bad experience.

Haven’t been to Shoneys in over 20 years ago. We sat down and ordered the breakfast buffet. First, all the booths and tables were covered in dust. The floors have not been properly cleaned in a long time. Dirt and dander everywhere. The food on the buffet was lukewarm or cold. We told our waitress and they replaced some of the food with hot food. Not sure if they are using time controls on their buffet. The gravy for the biscuits were good. And the eggs were hot. Everything else not so much. The cleanliness of the restaurant is the most disturbing. If the customer areas are this dirty, I would be concerned with what the kitchen probably looks like. We probably will never eat a shoneys again since we don’t have one near us.
