I have always loved sonis banana milkshake, until today. Stopped and ordered 2 banana milkshakes and guess what , not using real bananas just flavoring now. I guess I will be going to cook out for a real banana shake. I am visiting Franklin NC. Was very disappointed.

Enjoyed a get away for the 4th of July and, omg, found a great Sonic restaurant just inside NC!! Great wonderful food, eat to get in and you get a light to help you back on the road. I couldn't say enough how wonderful the food was!! Highly highly recommend if you're like me and love Sonic!! Enjoy!!

Waited at the stall with button pushed and no one would take our order. We go to the drive thru and finally order. Pull up to the window they opened it grabbed the money and slammed it shut, then opened and handed a bag out and slammed it back. We yelled you didn't give us drinks, and he said what drinks did you have. We were telling him he slammed it shut again.

Food is not hot and cooked fresh anymore. I typically eat here often for a snack or quick meal after lunch. However the past 2 visits have not been up to par as they use to be. Drinks are wrong... Have to send them back in for correct drink we order. Mozzarella sticks are hard. Not fresh almost like they were cooked, got cold and they heated them in microwave. Smash burger was so soggy and messy it was leaking out of the box. we were told we had to wait for fried pickles being made. But that also was not fresh and hot. Just truly disappointed at what's going on here. Would love to give the benefit of a doubt but cold food is not okay. I'm not one to send everything wrong back. I just won't be back here for a very long time. Sorry!!
Ice cream drinks are good. Food is so so. It is fast food. This is a new review from my last 2 visits. Things were interesting. Ordered online two drinks just for a snack. When my husband went to pick them up, they didn't have one of the drinks because because their ice cream machine was broken. That can happen, but they can't refund your money because it was ordered and paid for online. Called, and they said they would replace my drink when the ice cream machine got fixed the next day. Stopped the next day in the afternoon and had a crazy conversation over the intercom. Was told I would have to order the drink online. Explained I just wanted a replacement for the drink from yesterday. Then I found out they were still out of ice cream. Ordered lunch. Had a smash burger, and it was good . Onion rings were just ok.

We dip in from time to time for a shake in the evening. I had a banana n strawberry shake medium, and hubby had cookie dough shake medium. We noticed they weren't mixed well, so we had to wait for them to melt some before we were able to drink them ... no spoons given. Next time we will be sure they're mixed good before leaving drive thru window.

I’m here constantly for DoorDash orders and they are by far the worst place in Franklin to get food. Twice today I’ve waited for orders here with no one in the lot and still waited for 15 minutes. I had to orders to pick up and they only brought me one, never even told them who’s order I was there for, cut me off on speaker. The staff shows no sense of urgency what so ever. They spent there time goofing off. Time is money. When I eat here the food looks like it was prepared by a toddler and the shakes taste expired. So if you wanna long wait for garbage be my guest
