Excellent cafe latte. I was on holiday and I had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks every morning!The ladies serving coffee were very nice and offered service with a smile!They have frozen drinks and breakfast items too.I have a collection of the coffee mugs available for every state.Really love the quality of the coffee and items available for gift giving!

Such a cute old building in the heart of downtown Franklin. We've been in a few times and my kiddos really like looking around at the toys for sale while they wait for their ice cream. We also enjoy sitting outside on the porch enjoying our treats and the kids trying to play the old piano that sits there.

My grandson always gets a small vanilla Frappuccino when we shop at Ingles. The ladies there are super nice and patient with him when he orders it. My grandson is 2 1/2 years old.
Products are ok- good the staff really needs an attitude adjustment if looking for good product go to sylva Starbucks the staff is far better than this placeDrink/ product 3 starsCousteau service 1 star

It's a Starbucks what's to say. It was clean. And this one is conveniently located inside the Ingles on Georgia road in Franklin. And of course it has free wi-fi. Plus it's right next to the Ingles deli so you can get some chow.
