Ordered takeout. Bread was soggy from the amount of condiments that were out on , even soaked thru brown bag. Asked for olives on one foot long and had on both. Couldn't taste meat from the amount of aoli put on. Used to be good , now an embarrassment. Artist not even friendly when picked up item. Owner needs a reality check.

This Subway is one of the only places my family and I will eat out at in Franklin. It’s always clean with great service and great food. The staff is so friendly and provides excellent service. A place my whole family loves! I love that the staff washes their hands and puts on gloves in front of me every time.

When I started to pay for my food, they would not take a personal check, they would only take a personal check from one certain person so if you go there make sure you have cash on you.
Nikki gives amazing customer service and makes the absolute best subs ever!!!

The cashier was rude and tlwhen she made the sandwich she put very minimal veggies on it and it was a veggie delight sub. Worst sub. Bread was hard and old. Couldnt eat it. I xouldnt even bite it when i got home. They need to reimburse me for what i spent since it wasnt wdible at all. I wouldnt even let my dog have it.

Always fresh and delicious. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Hoping extended hours can be reinstated soon. We've missed our regular sub supper night but have made a few weekend lunches. Thankful to have such good food so close!
