We went by the drive thru and it was taking a while (thinking it was the customer placing the order); however, when I decided to go in, it was obvious that the service was horrible. It was so disorganized - they didn’t have what I wanted so I left… waste of time.

Older manager is such a rude jerk. His attitude at the drive thru is absolutely horrible. When we asked a question about something on the menu he was quick to snap and say "Nope, we don't have it and that hasn't been on the menu since end of November". Sorry sir, but that's why we asked. To me that's not how you respond, as some customers don't eat there daily or weekly so they don't know what's not a special anymore. And it's not only this time he has been hateful. Last experience we ordered a baked potato and he rudly tells us we haven't had those since 6 pm today, that we have to come earlier!? Sir ... We won't bother your fast food restaurant anymore. Get a grip and have better customer friendliness. It goes a long way. We are very nice ppl but don't take out your bad day on everyone. I question who would want to work under him?

So I ordered Breakfast from this restaurant through door dash. Then was informed by the dasher that the place serving breakfast was out of has browns and eggs. How can you be a breakfast place and be out of breakfast items. If you don't have something that major then close. Don't offer breakfast service until you can resolve the issue. I ended up losing money due to the Door Dash policy. The policy is not the restaurants fault but the fact they allowed orders to go through without eggs and things at breakfast time is awful. Not the first time I have had issues with this location either. There is zero chance I will ever trust this location again. Everyone should avoid.

As a Senior, I travel all over the country and typically stop at a Wendy’s because they off free Senior Drinks! NOT This One!!! Stop Elsewhere!! They Don’t Deserve Business from Seniors!!!

The man who took my order at the drive through around 1:45 might have been the RUDEST! customer service employee I have EVER dealt with. He rushed my order, continuously interrupted. I guess that’s why when I order with NO mayo I get a burger absolutely smothered in mayo. When he hand my food out the window he did not speak AT all. Very disappointed, Wendy’s has truly gone down hill in the last year.

This is sad, I asked for a Krabby Patty for my son with no onions. They claim they had pineapple for the pineapple under the sea. So I said just make a vanilla. When I got back there was no shake and it was loaded with onions. That's the last time for me.

The older gentleman in the drive though during the day should not be in customer service. By far the most rude person I've ever dealt with in any restaurant. So aggressive and rude!! I asked a question twice bc I didn't hear him and his response was "that's what I said" if zero stars was a rating I'd give it!
