Went through the drive thru because it said dining room was closed. Had a large order, when we received it we were missing a few things from our order, but overall food was good

Stopped in for a quick bite on our road trip to cut a fresh Frasier Fir. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly. I have a specific order and they nailed it.

When I visited the Franklin NC location this afternoon they forgot both of my sauces and will me and another gentleman stood in line off to the side while the general manager walked by multiple times made eye contact and kept walking. Cashier was busy with other customers.. general manager ignored and turned back on us to just stand at counter .
A must come to zaxbys! Clean,fast,friendly and the food was actually hot. I was just passing thru back to GA but will come back here again. Skip all the other poor customer service places and just stop here.

We came through Franklin going home to GA from Dollywood and we ran in to order food to go and went to restroom and somehow forgot my wallet!! When we got home and realized it we called and talked to Stacey the manager and he was extremely helpful and said he would mail it and refused to let us pay him 🥹. What an awesome manager and staff! See you on our next trip to the mountains❤️Grateful for honest and kind hearted people like Stacey.

We had a great meal. As far as service was kind of disappointing. They took a while just for two meals. And we had a question that we were going to add something else to our meal but we just couldn't get no one's attention to even add an addition to our meal so we gave up paid for our meal and left.

Every time I order through the app for curbside pickup they never bring the food out to me. The whole point of curbside is for them to bring it to me, and instead when I check in on the app I’m left sitting out here for 20 minutes only to find out my food was ready and sitting inside the whole time. Do better zaxbys.

I always stop at this Zaxby's on my way back into Georgia from up north in the mountains and it has always been an excellent experience. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and the restrooms are clean and taken care of. Pretty speedy drive thru even when it has been crowded. Have never had an issue with food quality, it's always pretty hot and fresh. My only one small gripe is that they changed their chocolate chip cookie recipe a while back and the new cookies just aren't as soft or as good. Outside of that this is a great Zaxby's location to hit if you are traveling through the North Georgia and North Carolina mountains. Short drive from the Dillard antique mall in Georgia as well if you are looking for more food options.

Stopped here with my family for a bite to eat, before heading back down to Georgia. Stacy took our order and he was so welcoming and nice! The food came out fast and it was so good. Not to mention the bathrooms were nice and clean, and everything was fully stocked.10/10 recommend stopping by and eating here :)
