Drive thru but excellent service and the food was very hot!

The service was alright, the restrooms were clean, the floor was filthy and sticky, the salads were good. The egg roll was greasy and mushy, wouldn’t order that again.
Will we go back, probably not. Zaxbys needs to remodel their restaurants make it lighter and brighter in there and ditch the 80’s dark pub style.

Placed a mobile drive through order, they told us to pull forward and wait and they will bring the order out and we waited for 45 mins and no one came and checked on us. So I sent my husband in and he saw that the order was just waiting in the pick up area so he just grabbed it and when we went home we tried the wings and things meal and the bread that came with it was hard as a rock.

First time here at Zaxbys, Franklin, NC. Restaurant was clean and organized, I like the decor too. Justin at cashier was super friendly and helpful. He helped me pick all types of sauce and they were delicious. We chose the 20pcs family pack. Chicken fingers were tendered and juicy, Texas Toast were tasty and crispy, same as French fries.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would come back again.

I asked for no tomatoes because Im allergic :/. Got it in the drive thru so I didn’t want to be that one to come in and complain. Just disappointed I can’t eat it! Lol

I went there 2 days in a row and the food was great both times. Atmosphere was also great but on one occasion I stood and waited for my sandwich meal for approximately 10 minutes while they pumped out at least 10 pickup orders and 5 drive thru window orders. I finally had to ask the girl at the register a third time when my food would be ready and all of a sudden the cook guy threw my order up there like he was pissed off about it. Not to mention I asked them to put the sauces the sandwich COMES WITH on the side and the girl tried to charge me for it because I wanted it on the side! I had to explain to her that I already paid for the sauce as it comes on the sandwich and she seemed very confused about me wanting it on the side. Finally, I had to ask for ketchup for my fries as she never offered or even asked if I needed anything else.

Take out order was wrong. Got home (20 minutes away), to find out that half my order was wrong. Tried calling the store to receive refund and automatically defaults to a busy signal.

We stopped here on our way home from vacation and got the chicken finger plate oh my goodness the size of the chicken fingers and The taste the quality of the meal the service was quick and friendly
