This Hardee's is an awesome place to stop to grab a bite. Good food clean bathrooms nice friendly staff. Especially Cashier Ms. Pamela Hayes she greeted us with a smile very courteous awesome customer service. Ms. Hayes is truly a viable team member for Hardee's. Hey managers Ms. Pamela Hayes. Don't let her go. Good people/employees like Ms. Hayes is hard to find.

Stood at the counter watching an employee sit on a stool on the other side scrolling on the phone. Someone from the back eventually helped. The food was burnt and dry and ended up just throwing it away due to the taste and how hard it was to chew. I understand if it's not the job you want, but it's the one you have.

Walked into the store for a pick up order and no one was at the register. There was an employee that was cleaning. There was an employee that was behind the line. There was an employee that was at the takeout window and then there was a employee that was in the Office. It took over four minutes for a person to recognize that I was standing at the counter and then proceeded to ask to get somebody to help me rather than just helping and asking me what I’m looking to do. It seems this Location only wants to work the takeout window and I would suggest closing the dine section if that’s all you’re worried about

terrible service, charged nearly $2 for lettuce and tomato, and to top it off it was one of the worst burgers i’ve ever had, tasted like it was frozen for 2 months and they just microwaved it, take all your money to Bojangles instead

Took 3 minutes of waiting until mgr. saw me at front counter. Got bisc & gravy. Gravy was like water!
Poor food quality. No pickles. Shriveled up veggies on burger. Diminishing attitudes. Out of key items often. No Coke Zero, limited napkins and catsup.

Not a bad stop. Folks were cordial and helpful. They seemed happy to be there, which is always a plus. The food was fresh, but we were there pretty early in the morning. Overall it was clean, quiet and nice.

They were understaffed or just really slow. The food was just thrown together... probably the reason I only eat there once a decade. I thought it was best right after Carl's Junior bought in. Good luck!

I stop at this location about once a week. My order is always correct and the food is always fresh. I almost always see the same woman who seems to be a manager and she is always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked.
