The food is always hot. I stopped at this location on my way to church .I waited approx. 8 minutes to get to drive through talk box. When I get there, she tells me to wait and she will be with me as soon as she can. I wait 5 minutes at talk box and she never came back. I pulled out of the line as I had to go. The lady is outside smoking a cigarette. If it's her break time, then someone needs to cover her.

I typically don't leave reviews, but felt inclined to do so this time. I always notice the low review for this location, and it honestly affected my decision to not visit. However today my son wanted a burger so we stopped in. They were all nice when ordering. We enjoyed everything we had (Nashville chicken, hot dog, burger and fries.) my 6 year old son even wanted a second burger. The renovations are a nice touch as well. Will definitely be back.

Shut the place down if you can't find employees. Why bother keeping it open? I just relocated to this area and gave your drive through several attempts... each one was a total let down. Today I watched 5 cars pull in and after being ignored at the microphone pull off and leave. Last week a woman told me she was the only one working and could not take any orders. Why bother?

Worst Hardee's ever, just go a few more miles down the road... Spent over $50 dollars for meals here, the order was wrong...tried to contact by phone no response...this happens all the time!!! So

My husband and I have been stopping by in the last two or three weeks. One day my husband went in and order some hash browns. He asked for some ketchup. The employee dropped the ketchup on the floor and she picked it up and try to put in the bag in front of him. He grab the bag before she could drop it in there. Another time a cashier got an attitude towards him because he said something about the special to his brother because the cashier was trying to charge him too much. There have been days that the lobby doors been lock and couldn't go in. And it's not just one day it's been a few days. I go in drive thru for two days and the girl that ran it seems very nice and polite. So I feel that the lady in drive thru needs to show the cashier in the lobby area how to do the job right and how to be nice and polite.
